On Tuesday (05), striker Bruno Henrique, champion of the Copa do Brasil 2024 with Flamengo, < b>was the target of an operation by the Federal Police (PF), which investigates manipulation in betting shops. The player says he is innocent. In response to the situation, the player's lawyers issued a note requesting the investigation be closed.
"We filed last Saturday in court the request for archiving the investigation and the immediate return of your assets seized in operation last Tuesday”, wrote the attacker’s defense in the official note.
According to the defense, all Documents from the investigation conducted by the Federal Police and the Public Ministry (MP) were analyzed, and, based on this analysis, the lawyers requested the case against Bruno Henrique Além be closed. In addition, the legal team requested the immediate return of the assets seized by the PF as part of the investigations.
Attacker presented himself as innocent
In an interview with SporTV, Bruno Henrique highlights that he is innocent and hopes that his innocence will be proven. The Flamengo still says he is calm and asked for justice to be done.
"Yes (I'm innocent). I received (the operation) in an aggressive way . I didn't expect it the way it was, but I believe in justice from above. God is always with me. Man, I'm calm about this. The people who are in this battle with me, I just ask that justice be done and separate off the field with on the field", he said, in an interview with Troca de Passes, on SporTV. .

“After analysis of documents that support the operation of the Federal Police and the Public Ministry against the athlete Bruno Henrique, from Flamengo, due to alleged manipulation in a valid match against Santos for the 2023 Brazilian Championship, the attacker's defense comes to the public to reinforce the integrity of his client, who has a successful career shaped by ethics and correctness. Last Saturday, we filed a request to the Court to close the investigation and the immediate return of the assets seized during the operation last Tuesday.
It is worth noting that this case has already been investigated and archived at the STJD, as there was no evidence of manipulation on the part of the aforementioned athlete . The court understood that the move in question, in which Bruno Henrique was given a yellow card, was not even subject to a foul.
The court also highlighted at the time of its investigation the implausibility of the manipulation thesis, since the aforementioned athlete would have waited until he was 52 minutes into the second half to receive a supposedly premeditated yellow card, running the risk of being replaced during the match.
We also filed a request for analysis of the information provided by the three bookmakers mentioned in the process to IBIA (International Betting Integrity Association) . Neither the Federal Police nor the Public Prosecutor's Office attempted to assess whether the technical-scientific method for producing and extracting the data that supported the complaint was properly observed. It appears in the records that the police team did not undertake to bring valid records on the production and extraction of data to the file and does not ensure the reliability of the information presented.
We hope that this investigation can also be archived quickly so that the athlete can continue exercising his profession with integrity and without major damage to its image, which has already been unfairly and irreparably damaged by an unfounded operation.”

O Flamengo viveu um domingo (30) de celebração intensa pelo tetracampeonato da Libertadores, mas um detalhe curioso chamou a atenção: a taça do título apareceu quebrada durante o desfile em trio elétrico pelas ruas do Rio de Janeiro. O boneco localizado no topo do troféu, parte clássica da peça, estava remendado.
A tradicional taça da Libertadores é formada por uma base, um globo, duas “orelhas” laterais e o bonequinho que simboliza um jogador chutando a bola. Foi justamente essa peça superior que se soltou. Apesar de o dano ter sido percebido na festa deste domingo, o acidente aconteceu ainda no sábado (29), logo após a vitória por 1 a 0 sobre o Palmeiras, em Lima.
Nada abalou a comemoração. Mesmo com o incidente envolvendo o troféu, jogadores e torcedores mantiveram a euforia. Segundo a Polícia Militar do Rio de Janeiro, mais de 250 mil rubro-negros lotaram o Centro da cidade para celebrar a conquista. O trio elétrico percorreu um trajeto de 850 metros, partindo da esquina da Rua Primeiro de Março com a Rua Buenos Aires, seguindo até a Avenida Presidente Antônio Carlos.
A celebração pode continuar já nesta quarta-feira (03). Líder do Brasileirão, o Flamengo depende apenas de uma vitória sobre o Ceará, no Maracanã, para confirmar o título da competição. A partida, válida pela penúltima rodada, começa às 21h30 (de Brasília), com transmissão de Globo, GE TV (YouTube) e SporTV.

O Flamengo recebeu uma mensagem oficial de Gianni Infantino após conquistar, no sábado (29), o tetracampeonato da Libertadores ao vencer o Palmeiras por 1 a 0, em Lima. O presidente da Fifa celebrou o título rubro-negro e destacou o retorno do clube às competições internacionais promovidas pela entidade.
Em comunicado divulgado nas redes, Infantino escreveu: “Parabéns ao Flamengo pela vitória na CONMEBOL Libertadores de 2025 e por se classificar para o Mundial de Clubes da FIFA 2029. Bem-vindos de volta à competição mundial de clubes da FIFA e boa sorte no mês que vem no Dérbi das Américas da FIFA na Copa Intercontinental da FIFA no Qatar.”
Danilo marcou o único gol da vitória que garantiu ao Rubro-Negro seu quarto título continental. O zagueiro protagonizou ainda um lance onde afastou uma grande oportunidade de gol do Palmeiras quando Victor Roque chutou livre dentro da área, mas o camisa 13 impediu o tento aliverde.
Com a conquista da Libertadores, o Flamengo disputará a Copa Intercontinental 2025, torneio que substitui o antigo Mundial anual. A competição teve início em setembro, e o Rubro-Negro estreia no dia 10 de dezembro, contra o Cruz Azul (MEX), no chamado Dérbi das Américas, marcado para acontecer no Catar.

O Flamengo escreveu mais um capítulo histórico no último sábado (29). Com gol de Danilo, a equipe superou o Palmeiras por 1 a 0, em Lima, e conquistou a Copa Libertadores da América pela quarta vez — tornando-se o primeiro clube brasileiro a atingir tal marca.
A decisão também foi marcada pela crescente rivalidade entre os dois times, intensificada dentro e fora de campo nos últimos anos. Após o apito final, a presidente Leila Pereira se manifestou, enquanto jogadores como Luiz Araújo aproveitaram para provocar o rival. Entre as celebrações, um ex-rubro-negro também fez questão de participar à distância: Lucas Paquetá.
Pelas redes sociais, Paquetá — atualmente no West Ham e integrante da Seleção Brasileira — comemorou o título do time que o revelou. Nos stories, publicou uma foto apontando para a televisão com a mensagem “Tetracampeão”, acompanhada do escudo do clube.

A equipe comandada por Filipe Luís caminha para coroar uma temporada perfeita. Além do título continental, o Flamengo está muito próximo de conquistar o Campeonato Brasileiro. A definição pode acontecer já nesta quarta-feira (03/12), no Maracanã, diante do Ceará. Um empate pode ser suficiente para garantir mais um troféu e selar um ano histórico para o clube.
