MC Poze do Rodo lost his patience and attacked former Flamengo player, Marcelinho Carioca, after his kidnapping. The singer stated that he believed that the star should have left the situation with more injuries, since he got into this trouble after becoming romantically involved with a married woman.
“This trend has to catch on! You can't touch other people's women, law of the jungle. He wasn't beaten, he talks shit on television all the time, he doesn't know anything about football and he wanted to catch a married woman”, said the funk singer in a post on his social networks, justifying the kidnappers' attitudes.
Poze do Rodo also said that Marcelinho “should have really picked up coal”. “Husband working for the family, to bring bread to the house and the wife doing something cowardly like that. He caught it right away, he has to at least get some coal”, he added. After the repercussion on the internet, however, the singer deleted the publication.
This Monday (18/12), Marcelinho Carioca appeared in a video explaining that the news of having a relationship with a married woman is a lie and that he was coerced into doing so, with a gun pointed at his head.
“They forced me to make that video,” Marcelinho told TV Band at the headquarters of the Anti-kidnapping Police Station (DAS), in the center of the capital of São Paulo. “I had a revolver at my head”, he added.
In the video that circulated on social media, the former player appears with signs of aggression and claims to have been kidnapped because he went out with a married woman. Afterwards, a woman appears at his side and confirms the information.
Initially, the police suspected that the woman in the video, who worked with Marcelinho when he was Sports Secretary of Itaquaquecetuba, in Greater São Paulo, would have participated in the crime. However, the former player denied the information, said that they have been friends for three years and added that he also maintains a friendship with her husband.
