Actress Carolina Dieckmann interacted with her followers this Wednesday (25) through a question box on Instagram. During the chat, she commented on her diet, explaining that she has been eating less since adopting intermittent fasting to lose weight in preparation for the film "Little Creatures", filmed in July, in Brasília.
Dieckmann revealed that, to achieve his goal, he needed to follow a strict 24-hour fast, eating only once a day. "I've always been greedy, I like to eat a lot, to see a full plate. But, for the film, I decided to lose weight and I had to do intermittent fasting. I ate once a day, and it was very difficult at first. But I had medical supervision" , she stated.
When talking about her current diet, Carolina explained that, Even after filming the film, he continues to eat less than usual. The intermittent fasting process, according to the actress, made her stomach adapt to the new rhythm, and this continues to impact her appetite and daily eating habits.
"Today, I still feel the effects of this intense fast I'm eating less than before, but little by little I'm getting closer to what I was normal," said the actress, who emphasized the importance of making this type of change with medical supervision.

Another Neymar relationship has come to light. Mexican actress Danna Paola, known for her role as Lucrecia in the Netflix series "Elite", revealed in an interview with the program "La Resistencia", in Spain, that she had an affair with the Brazilian player in 2019, while he was still playing at Paris Saint-Germain (PSG).

This last Sunday (22), Carolina Dieckmann was one of the celebrities present in the VIP Area of Rock in Rio. The actress gave an interview to the LeoDias portal and spoke about the support she has given her friend Preta Gil, after the singer was diagnosed again with cancer.
“We talk every day. Now more than ever, it's hand in hand. Closely monitor the process. I feel that each person needs something and I would say that what really makes a difference for Preta is being with the people she loves, so that's why we go to great lengths to be close to her all the time", highlighted Carolina .
The actress and Preta Gil are friends and it is not the first time that Carolina has followed the singer's cancer treatment. In Preta's first healing process, Dieckmann remained faithful, vibrating good energies close to his partner of more than 20 years.
On Preta's birthday, in August, before the second diagnosis of the disease, she had commented on how the first treatment was and the result of a cure: “We have been celebrating her health and everything she has gradually achieved. After the cancer was cured, she had the [ileostomy] bag inserted, then had the operation removed and her constant improvement. And we've been celebrating. Today I think it's like New Year's Eve”, declared the actress.
Now, the two continue together in favor of another positive healing response. The singer has already started cancer treatment again and hopes for a quick recovery from the disease.
