Jojo Todynho covered all the costs of hospitalization for MC Marcinho's daughter, Marcelly, after the young woman got involved with drugs and needed to go to a rehabilitation clinic. The funk singer's ex-wife, Kelly, appeared on social media last Thursday (11), to thank the singer for her attitude and end the fundraising she had created to gather donations to pay for her daughter's treatment. /p>
"To Jojo, a great family friend , helped pay for Marcelly’s entire treatment. I'm going to suspend the crowdfunding now, because it was our only objective. I want to thank everyone, you can stop tagging people [in the comments]", he said, amid tears in a video published on his Instagram profile.
"Tomorrow morning we will be taking Marcelly, because We need to gather all the material she will need, the clothes, the things... I really want to thank God for Jojo's life and for your lives, which started to make an impact on people", she said emotionally.
"I would like to thank Jojo immensely for the heart she has, for being who she is, independent... She has already done a lot for my family, she has done a lot for my daughter. Anitta was nominated for the award for Best Latin Pop Album by Funk Generation, released in April this year. The work, with songs in English and Spanish, is another step for the singer in her international career.
