Considered one of the greatest jewels of the base of Flamengo, Lorran has stood out in the Mais Querido main team and aroused interest from major European teams. One of these teams is simply Real Madrid, owned by Vinícius Júnior. This way, the young man could join the former Mais Querido striker in the near future.

According to information from Paparazzo Rubro-Negro, Real Madrid will send scouts to accompany Lorran personally. The Spanish team will have representatives at Maracanã in the next game Flamengo, against Millonarios. Thus, next Tuesday (28), the jewel of Mais Querido will be closely watched by the Spanish.

INTEREST IN LORRAN

In addition to the match against Millonarios, the Spanish must stay in the other two games of Rubro-Negro. In other words, the classic against Vasco will also have the presence of foreigners at Maracanã, as well as in the confrontation against Grêmio, which for now, takes place on June 13th.

After observing Lorran, Real Madrid will conclude whether he will make a proposal to Flamengo or not. It is possible that the jewel could receive an offer in the middle of the year after the three matches, but he will not be able to go to Spain immediately, as he has not yet turned 18.

FLAMENGO MUST MAKE LORRAN'S RELEASE DIFFICULT

If Real Madrid wants to take Lorran from Flamengo, they will have to open their pockets. This is because Mais Querido will not release the young man for a low amount. Therefore, the deal needs to be beneficial, especially because Lorran is considered the best at the club.

In addition, the young man is protected by a termination fine of 50 million euros (R$280 million). Flamengo also plans to renew the player, but is waiting for him to turn 18 so he can sign a longer contract. Remembering that Lorran has a link with Rubro-Negro until December 2025.

Meanwhile, Bruno Henrique is serving his suspension and working to be in full physical and mental shape for the upcoming challenges . In a strategic and ambitious move, Flamengo held last Monday (24) the first post-expropriation meeting of the Gasometer land. According to information from the newspaper O Globo, the club decided to make a cash payment in an auction that should take place by the end of July.

The land, valued between R$146 and R$176 million, will be partially paid for with resources coming from apartments that the club owns in Morro da Viúva, which are estimated at R$114 million. The remaining amount will come directly from the club's coffers, guaranteeing the bank transfer necessary for the acquisition.

FLAMENGO AND ITS ACQUISITION MODEL

Before this definition, Flamengo and Rio de Janeiro City Hall were negotiating the possibility of transfer of Gávea's construction potential as an alternative way of financing the purchase of land. However, this option has been dropped for this specific operation. The final investment decision is still pending approval by the club's Deliberative Council.

Flamengo's finances present a positive and stable scenario. The club ended 2023 with a cash balance of R$234.4 million. Furthermore, Flamengo has R$38.6 million to receive and expects an amount of R$123.4 million to come from player sales throughout 2024, totaling a significant amount of R$396.4 million.
