Champion of the Copa São Paulo with Flamengo in 2011, former defender Frauches, now retired from the field, the former -Mengão spoke about his love for Rubro-Negro. Frauches was at Neo Química Arenato follow Mengão's classification for the final of the Copa do Brasil and shared an emotional video on social media. In his words, he opened his heart about this passion.

“I have three friends who always go, see the titles, the tears and always share them with me. Now that my daughter is big, I'm enjoying it. It's very good, I take the opportunity to get out what I couldn't do inside. Being Flamengo is very good”, said Frauches in an interview with the portal 'Mundo Rubro-Negro'.

Frauches was part of the professional cast of Flamengo from 2012 to 2015, but hadfew opportunities. During this period, the club won the Copa do Brasil in 2013 and the Campeonato Carioca in 2014. The former defender worked with coaches such as Joel Santana, Dorival Júnior, Jorginho, Mano Menezes, Jayme de Almeida, Ney Franco, Vanderlei Luxemburgo, Cristóvão Borges and Oswaldo de Oliveira, but he has a special affection for Dorival.

“It's the best feeling in the world to play for Flamengo, it's priceless. I didn't have a peak, especially because I never received many chances. I played a few games in a row with Dorival Júnior, but soon after he left. Even so, I feel privileged to have helped even 1%”, said the former defender.

Frauches attributes the pressure for results as the reason why he had few chances at Flamengo. In total, he played 27 times for the club, with 16 wins, six draws and five defeats. His last match for Rubro-Negro was a 1-0 victory over Chapecoense, on December 6, 2015, in the Brasileirão.

“I caught Flamengo in a phase of ups and downs. I think the moment was not good for some young people. The demand for short-term results sometimes leaves you aside”, he concluded.

After leaving Flamengo, the former defender played for Macaé, Boavista-RJ, as well as the Thai clubs Army United and Siam Navy .

If Lorran manages to regain his rhythm, he will have all the conditions to, like Rayan, be remembered by Ramon Menezes in new squads

Flamengo's attacking midfielder Lorran is one of the club's emerging talents and could be on coach Ramon Menezes' call-up list for the Brazilian Under-20 Team. Despite not being in his best phase, Lorran has characteristics that stand out and place the young athlete in the sights of future youth teams. With a similar profile to Rayan, from Vasco, who recently received an opportunity in the national team, Lorran has the potential to be an important player in the next call-up cycles, as long as he manages to resume his good performance.

Like Vasco native Rayan, Lorran is going through an important transition in his career. Both athletes are young, but they are already experiencing the pressure of meeting expectations in teams of great importance in Brazilian football. Rayan's call-up is seen as an example of how a period of adaptation and recovery of confidence can be fundamental to guaranteeing opportunities in youth teams. Therefore, Lorran's situation has attracted attention, as he is highlighted as a player with great potential who could repeat the path of his rival.

FLAMENGO HAS POTENTIAL AT BASE

Lorran stood out in the youth categories of Flamengo, showing a style of play that mixes speed< /a>, one-on-one skill and a good nose for goal. These attributes make him a natural candidate to be observed by Ramon Menezes in the next squads, especially if he manages to evolve in terms of consistency. At just 17 years old, Lorran still has room for technical and tactical growth, as well as space to mature mentally. and deal better with career adversities.

NO LACK OF CRITERION

Although it has faced a recent fluctuation, with drops in performance and some physical problems, Lorran remains one of Flamengo's bets for the future. The red and black technical committee has been working to recondition the young athlete, with the intention of him regaining the protagonism that put him in the spotlight in the youth categories. The club's structure and the support offered aim to prepare Lorran to meet expectations, including for his name to be considered in future Ramon Menezes lists.

Coach Ramon Menezes has adopted an approach that prioritizes the observation of young players with development potential, even if they are not at their best. It was this logic that justified Rayan's call-up, and the same philosophy could be applied to Lorran, if Flamengo's attacking midfielder recovers his form. The search for talent in the youth categories of Brazilian clubs is a hallmark of management of Ramon, which aims to form a generation capable of meeting the needs of the main team in the coming years.
