Rodrigo Godoy, Preta Gil's ex-husband, opened question boxes on Instagram on Monday, the 12th, and answered whether or not he will read the singer's autobiography, released less than a week ago, in which she talks about the troubled end of their marriage.

The digital influencer said that he does not intend to read the book and revealed that the artist is fulfilling the promise she made to “screw up” his life.

“I haven't read it, I won't read it, however, I'm sure how things will be written when I get to my part, because I use my words a lot to give emphasis, weight and gravity to the subject I want to say, regardless of what it is, I know a lot more than anyone else, she is also very well advised, and I also know that she will superficially pass over issues that she doesn't want to give importance to because they are not interesting”, he began.

Rodrigo said that he was probed by companies and publishers to also write a book, an offer he says he refused, but is reconsidering the decision. “Maybe it's a necessary evil, I hope you read it because the whole story is much deeper than this summary that the stupid male did this and that”, he added.

“[Preta] always made it very clear who would do everything to f*** my life and is fulfilling his promise every chance he gets. I've been quiet in mine for a long time, I've never said anything, I've never gone anywhere. I can also open my little mouth to talk about others, including a bunch of friendships that crucified me, a bunch of people who have glass ceilings and short memories, a bunch of hypocrites. If I open my mouth to talk about others, people's houses will fall apart. It's about a lot of things, it's not just about relationships, no”, he said.

In the memoir, Preta Gil addressed her disappointment with Rodrigo Godoy, who did not support her during her cancer treatment, in 2023, and cheated on her with his ex-stylist around the same time. She also revealed that he tried to silence her and prevent her from telling her story.

“I separated because of Rodrigo's negligence towards me”, says Preta, who says she fell ill in January 2023, at her home in Rio de Janeiro, when he suffered intense bleeding and passed out. Rodrigo and his cook took her to the hospital, but he no longer participated in his wife's medical routine.

Those responsible for taking care of the singer were her stepmother, Flora Gil, her manager, Marcello Azevedo, and her partner, Malu Barbosa, as well as her friend Gominho.

Preta says that her ex claimed to have a phobia of hospitals so as not to spend the night with her during hospitalizations. The beginning of the end came when he didn't cancel a trip to Uruguay at a time when the singer was already feeling unwell and, shortly after, she had sepsis that almost killed her. She later discovered that the trip was to meet her lover, and that the two would have gone together to Chile, in October 2022, and to Los Angeles, in November of the same year.

This past Tuesday (17), singer Luísa Sonza celebrated the nomination of the song "Chico", made in honor of Chico Moedas, her ex-boyfriend, for the award for Best Song in the Portuguese Language at the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards. The artist, who was betrayed by the influencer shortly after the release of the song, responded to a fan's comment about "making music for others".

"That Chico will never be forgotten", said an internet user in the page's comments by the artist, who also received the nomination for Best Contemporary Pop Album in the Portuguese Language with Escândalo Íntimo. "Mercy. I love Luísa, but don't make music for any man anymore, no. They don't deserve you", wrote another.

"Do you still think that songs are made for other people? I'm the one nominated for a Grammy me and nothing anyone says or does will take away the pride I have in having made this song! I genuinely love it and I believe this is one of, if not the best song I've ever made", replied Luísa Sonza.

The singer also added: "As I've said since 'Penhasco', I can't stop writing and blocking the creativity of the moment by someone else, or not releasing it because of a third party, the song in the end will always be about me and my feelings, and I swear that I think this is my greatest asset and is one of the reasons for so much success, I am visceral."

Last Saturday, Chico Moedas enjoyed the shows at Rock in Rio and denied the possibility of checking out Luísa's performance, with whom he had a relationship in 2023, who will open the Palco Mundo on the last day of the event: "That's crazy. I wouldn't see it, I think it's unnecessary, there's no reason", he replied.

Pedro was in great form during the season, being Flamengo and Brazil's top scorer with 30 goals in 43 matches. However, during training with the Brazilian team, the striker suffered a serious injury that took him out of action for the remainder of 2024. As the injury occurred while Pedro was serving the CBF, the entity will have to compensate Flamengo with an amount corresponding to almost a salary for the player.

The CBF will cover the club's losses for the first 28 days after the injury, which occurred on September 4th. Flamengo should receive a million dollar amount, as Pedro's estimated salary is around R$1.1 million, not including contractual bonuses.

FLAMENGO SUCCESSES FIFA< /p>

In addition to compensation from the CBF, Flamengo also contacted FIFA to obtain compensation through the Club Protection Program. This program guarantees that clubs receive compensation proportional to the annual salary of an athlete who is injured while serving for the national team. The maximum value of the program is R$46.77 million per year, with a daily limit of around R$127 thousand. Flamengo has up to 28 days to formalize the request and ensure this compensation.

INJURY DETAILS

Pedro suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee , an injury that requires between nine and 12 months of recovery. Therefore, the striker will only play again in 2025.

FLAMENGO'S NEXT CHALLENGE

Without Pedro, Flamengo is preparing to face Peñarol (URU) this Thursday (19), at 7pm, at Maracanã, for the first game of the Libertadores quarter-finals. The return match will be held on September 26th, in Uruguay.
