Flamengo is getting closer every day to taking the project off the ground dream of your own stadium. Therefore, the debate about the SAF grows every day. The document wants to include that Elected and appointed directors of the association who held positions in the club in the 36 months preceding the approval of the SAF and constitution are prevented from assuming any management or administrative positions in the new society for a period of six years.
Regarding quorums, the decision at the General Assembly would be approved by a decision of two thirds of the members present. However, a minimum presence of 60% of all members of the general assembly would be required.
Voting in the Deliberative Session could only be approved by a decision of two thirds of the councilors present. There would also be a minimum presence of 60% of Council members.

A preparação dos "Cementeros" para o duelo mundial foi impactada por uma baixa significativa. O zagueiro Jesús Orozco Chiquete, titular absoluto e pilar da defesa, está fora de combate.
