What would the SAF vote be like?
This It is a topic that raises doubts even among counselors. For some, it would require a simple majority in the General Assembly (that is, all members with voting rights). Others believe that it would be a simple majority only in the Deliberative Council.
What does the opposition say?
The proposal from March this year suggests that the Council Deliberative has the possibility of adapting the statute and creating stricter rules for the approval of a SAF, which would need to be voted on at the General Assembly, with qualified quorums for deliberation and voting for approval.
The document wants to include that Elected and appointed directors of the association who held positions in the club in the 36 months preceding the approval of the SAF and constitution are prevented from assuming any management or administrative positions in the new society for a period of six years.
Regarding quorums, the decision at the General Assembly would be approved by a decision of two thirds of the members present. However, a minimum presence of 60% of all members of the general assembly would be required.
Voting in the Deliberative Session could only be approved by a decision of two thirds of the councilors present. There would also be a minimum presence of 60% of Council members.

Flamengo e Madureira voltam a se encontrar nesta segunda-feira (02), às 21h (horário de Brasília), para definir quem avança à grande final do Campeonato Carioca de 2026. O confronto, válido pelo jogo de volta da semifinal, será realizado no Estádio do Maracanã. Embora o mando de campo pertença ao Tricolor Suburbano, um acordo entre as diretorias confirmou a realização da partida no principal palco do futebol carioca.
O confronto terá cobertura completa pela televisão fechada e pelo sistema pay-per-view. Os torcedores poderão acompanhar a transmissão ao vivo será realizada pelos canais SporTV e Premiere, ambos pertencentes ao Grupo Globo.
A arbitragem do confronto ficará a cargo de Carlos Tadeu Ferreira de Castro, auxiliado por Hugo Filemon Soares Pinto e Naiara Mendes Tavares. O comando do VAR será de Philip Georg Bennett. O juiz, de apenas 27 anos, terá a missão de apitar o duelo que definirá um dos finalistas do Estadual de 2026.

Flamengo concluiu, na manhã deste domingo (01), a sua preparação para o confronto decisivo das semifinais do Campeonato Carioca. O elenco comandado pelo técnico Filipe Luís foi a campo no Centro de Treinamento Ninho do Urubu para realizar a última atividade tática antes de encarar o Madureira. A partida de volta está marcada para esta segunda-feira (02), às 21h (horário de Brasília), no Estádio do Maracanã.
O treinamento serviu para definir a estratégia de uma equipe que deve entrar em campo bastante modificada. A tendência é que a comissão técnica opte por escalar um time considerado reserva ou misto, visando preservar os atletas que apresentaram maior desgaste físico após a intensa final da Recopa Sul-Americana contra o Lanús, disputada na última quinta-feira.
Além da necessidade de rodar o elenco para evitar novas lesões, Filipe Luís lida com baixas confirmadas pelo Departamento Médico. Quatro jogadores importantes foram vetados para o duelo desta segunda: o atacante Bruno Henrique, os volantes Pulgar e Jorginho, e o zagueiro Léo Pereira. Todos apresentaram problemas físicos ou musculares decorrentes da sequência de jogos.
