Last Monday (22), Isabella, the player's ex-girlfriend, published a video in tears on her social media alleging that she was still attacked by the athlete.
The woman shows the condition of her face after the alleged attacks. Furthermore, she reveals the use of excessive medications in an attempt to kill her own life. The case is strong, and Isabella took it to the police station, where she registered a police report and carried out a criminal investigation to confirm the attacks.
Another attitude adopted by Isabella went to court for a protective measure against the player, seeking to limit Kauê's access to her. The player's advisor denies the case, but Kauê now has a big problem and will be investigated. In the meantime, he will have to stay away from the field.
This is because Botafogo made the decision to keep the player away until he proves his innocence. If this does not happen and Kauê is, in fact, guilty, he would probably not play for the club again. Law student Gabriela Nascimento accuses Jojo Todynho of having assaulted her. In this way, she detailed how the fight began that led to the singer being denounced by the Public Ministry of Rio. According to the young woman, the confusion began in the classroom.
“A student asked if she had gone to class and I I replied no. Afterwards, I realized that she was and said yes. When the class ended, she came to me and asked why I wanted to know if she was going to class or not going to class”, the presenter's classmate told Record.
Gabriela claims to have felt embarrassed by Jojo's approach, who continued to argue outside the college: “I was going to go straight past and go home, but when I was passing by, she was on the stairs and said: 'Gossip girl'. And we started an argument”, she said.
“I was very coerced because it was crowded, everyone was looking at me, she was coming at me with her finger in my face and shouting. I got nervous and started talking loud too. That's when she put her finger in my face, I told her to take it off several times. When I pulled away, she came and slapped me”, concluded Gabriela.
JOJO IS BEING DENOUNCED IN THE MP-RJAfter the confusion, the singer was indicted by the MP-RJ. Gabriela filed a lawsuit against Jojo, as she claims to have been attacked by her in the argument. Furthermore, witnesses and security cameras would have corroborated this version of the story, resulting in the complaint.
According to information from the Quem portal, in the MP-RJ's criminal transaction proposal, Jojo Todynho will have to pay R$5,000.00 in basic food baskets, including cleaning food products. Payment can be made in up to five installments. In addition, community services were provided for a period of 80 hours, which must be completed within a maximum of 90 days.
