This last Monday (29), there was no vote only in Flamengo. This is because Fluminense's advisors approved the creation of the company Fla-Flu Serviços S.A., which will be responsible for managing Maracanã over the next 20 years. The Extraordinary General Assembly took place in the Salão Nobre das Laranjeiras.

In total, there were 665 votes in favor, ten against and one annulled. In other words, 98% approval. The debate was necessary for Fluminense to continue managing Maracanã together with Flamengo, as Mais Querido recently signed a new contract with the State Government to continue leading the Sacred Temple for 20 years.

FLAMENGO WILL COMMAND MOST OF THE COMPANY

Mais Querido will take 65% of Fla-Flu Serviços S.A., leaving Fluminense with 35%. The difference respects the rival's ability to fulfill the investments promised in the bidding process. After all, R$ 393 million is expected in works and maintenance of the Maracanã facilities.

Also highlighting that the difference in percentage, therefore, also occurs in profits, such as revenues not related to matches at Maracanã, rent for events, sale of boxes, storage with parking and tour of the stadium. In the case of duels, the income belongs to the principal, that is, Flamengo or Fluminense.

The new company is a Specific Purpose Company (SPE), with established governance. Each club may nominate three members to the board of directors. Furthermore, Mais Querido will have the right to choose the president of the board of directors and the financial director of Fla-Flu Serviços. Fluminense will be able to choose its commercial director.

In a post on Instagram, the mayor informed that the city hall will be responsible for removing the megastructure on the gas meter site, different from what was reported. Furthermore, he guaranteed that Flamengo will have its new stadium, with the best conditions and security.

The news published by Ancelmo informs that Flamengo would have to pay R$100 million to remove a large gas structure present on land acquired by the club, which is owned by CEG and CEG-Rio, which are companies that are part of the gas concessionaire Naturgy.

According to the article, the companies were informed that Flamengo is the responsible for bearing the expenses, as provided for in one of the annexes to the land purchase and transfer contract. The clause, however, does not have a specified limit.

Eduardo Paes guarantees that the removal is the responsibility of Rio's city hall.

Paes stated that the values for the transfer of the structure are different from what was pointed out in the article by Ancelmo Gois. Furthermore, it exempted Flamengo from any responsibility, and that the city hall has been planning to remove it for years.

“They are making me defend @flamengo more than I would like: let it be clear that this is not the The cost of this transfer and when it happens will be the responsibility of the city of Rio, which knows that this structure cannot be in an area that is already receiving so many residential buildings. It's been in our plans for a long time! Flamengo will have its new stadium there in the gasometer with all the quality and safety that the region demands and deserves. Period!”, published the mayor.

Flamengo and Fluminense won the injunction to manage the Maracanã complex for the next 20 years. Thus, the duo's Consortium presented a conduct manual for local employees in the proposal to the Government. The booklet, based on Odebrecht's standards for the stadium in 2013, contains a series of restrictions, including the quote "clean hair", "trimmed nails" and "clean beard".

As Maracanã administrators,< a href="https://gazetadourubu.com/noticia/filme-repetido-claudinho-volta-a-ser-oferecido-ao-flamengo-rubro-negro-avalia-nova-tentativa" target="_blank"> Flamengo< /a> and Fluminense also barred other characteristics, according to the document published by the Mundo Rubro-Negro portal. The duo prohibits the use of tattoos and piercings visible to the public. Furthermore, the Fla-Flu Consortium requires that men have clean and trimmed nails and that women can use nails in good condition and with discretion if painted.

Also according to the proposal, the Fla-Flu Consortium claims that "appearance becomes an essential part of creating an unforgettable experience" for the public. Thus, Flamengoand Fluminense still say that non-compliance with the rules can result in punishment.

CHECK THE SEQUENCE OF THE DOCUMENT

“As a way of maintaining the highest level of standard of services, professional etiquette will play an important role in this process. The employee only has a single opportunity to make a good impression on the fan or visitor to the Complex. From the entrance to the exit, the visitor will observe and record in their memory impressions of the event attended.

Therefore, appearance becomes an essential part of creating an unforgettable experience. Professional etiquette must be followed at all times, without exception, by all employees, consistently and with a standard of excellence. Professional etiquette is not restricted to hair, beard and nails, but rather the overall presentation of the employee.

Failing to properly present an employee, or failing to adhere to the rules of professional etiquette, will result in disciplinary actions based on case-by-case assessment by the supervisor and/or manager. Exceptions will be made upon medical certificate.”
