With this in mind, the red-black board He never stops looking for reinforcements for the squad and one of those who was in the club's sights was Gustavo Scarpa.

In addition to Mais Querido, Fluminense and Palmeiras are monitoring Scarpa's situation, but have not yet started the negotiation process. Meanwhile, Atlético-MG is already talking about signing the midfielder from Nottingham Forest, and the values requested by the English club are under analysis, as reported by journalists André Hernan and Bruno Andrade, from the UOL portal.

There is information that His signing for the Minas Gerais team is close to being formalized, as negotiations have been going on for three weeks. It should be taken into account that Nottingham Forest had already prepared a proposal for the value they consider plausible for the midfielder, since the red-and-black himself had indicated his interest in the mid-year transfer window.

< The English want between 5 million euros (approximately R$26.2 million at current prices) and 6 million euros (approximately R$31.5 million at the moment) to sell Gustavo Scarpa.

Scarpa is currently working for Olympiacos (GRE), but he belongs to Nottingham Forest (ING). The 29-year-old midfielder has a contract with the English club until June 2026. Therefore, the team is asking for 5 to 6 million euros (between R$26 and 32 million) to move forward with the negotiation.

He arrived at the English club in January this year, when he left Palmeiras. However, Gustavo did not have enough space and was loaned to the Greeks, Rodinei's current team, ex-Flamengo, where he continues to have little space. He played in just eight matches, only two as a starter in the Greek Championship and Europa League. Overall, Scarpa participated in 18 matches in European football, in which he neither scored nor assisted.
