The president of Flamengo, Rodolfo Landim, said in an interview with CBN that it is not time for Flamengo to discuss how it will finance the construction of its own stadium and that it must first buy the land. According to Landim, once the land is acquired, Flamengo needs to use the Maracanã concession to be able to calmly plan the best construction and financing model. He assured, however, that the stadium “will come out with or without SAF”.
“Even if we have access to this land, if we are going to take care of all the licensing work, the discussions that we will have together with the city hall regarding people's mobility, the various approvals and construction time, this is a project for at least five years. I even see Maracanã as a way of, once we have the land, structuring a better way to build this stadium and finance this stadium over time. For now, what we really want is to have access to this land, which we believe is very important so that we can later develop this project calmly”, he stated.
Landim hinted that Flamengo was able to acquire the land with its own resources thanks to the club's economic power, which had revenue of almost R$1.4 billion and a surplus of more than R$320 million in 2023, as revealed in the balance sheet published last Thursday.
“We are reducing our debt, and we have a very low net debt. In fact, we are putting together the economic conditions to have a stadium”, he said.
Landim explains his insistence on the land at Gasologista
The president of Flamengo said that the Gasologista land is perfect for Flamengo's plans, which is why he is insisting so much on its acquisition.

Landim defends that Flamengo controls football 'forever'
Landim assured, however, that there is no possibility that, even with the creation of the SAF, Flamengo giving up control of your football.
“There is no reason today so that in whatever Flamengo's project may be, the Clube de Regatas do Flamengo will not be the controller of your football. Whenever people associate the image of the SAF, they see the SAF as a solution to save clubs from bankruptcy. The first thing I want to make publicly is that I understand that Flamengo has no reason why its sports association should not continue to control its football forever.”
Landim attributed it to an attempt by the opposition to create controversial in an election year the anticipation of the discussion on SAF. President cites Palmeiras to reject stadium-only society

A Nação Rubro-Negra se prepara para mais uma grande invasão ao exterior. A final da Libertadores 2025, entre Flamengo e Palmeiras, marcada para o dia 29 de novembro, em Lima, no Peru, promete casa cheia. Segundo o presidente da Conmebol, Alejandro Domínguez, a procura por ingressos superou todas as expectativas.
Em entrevista à rádio peruana RPP, Domínguez revelou que mais de 80% das entradas já foram comercializadas, garantindo público superior a 60 mil pessoas no Estádio Monumental. A confirmação foi dada após uma reunião com o presidente do Peru, José Jerí, no Palácio do Governo, onde ambos reafirmaram o compromisso em manter a capital peruana como sede da decisão, apesar do recente estado de emergência no país.
O Estádio Monumental de Lima, um dos maiores da América do Sul, será novamente o palco da grande final da Libertadores. A partida está marcada para as 18h (horário de Brasília) e contará com forte esquema de segurança e operação especial de transporte e logística para receber torcedores brasileiros e peruanos.
Domínguez destacou o empenho da Conmebol e do governo peruano para garantir um evento de alto nível: “Temos mais de 80% dos ingressos vendidos, o que representa mais de 60 mil torcedores confirmados. Estamos trabalhando com as autoridades locais para oferecer uma final segura e memorável”, afirmou o dirigente.
O elenco do Flamengo se reapresentou no Ninho do Urubu na última quarta-feira (12) e, nesta quinta (13), o técnico Filipe Luís intensifica os trabalhos visando o confronto contra o Sport, válido pela 12ª rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro. A equipe realiza treino às 9h30 (horário de Brasília), em mais uma etapa da preparação para a partida marcada para o sábado (15), na Arena de Pernambuco.

Mesmo ainda disputando os títulos da Libertadores e do Brasileirão, o Flamengo já trabalha no planejamento para a temporada de 2026. A prioridade da diretoria rubro-negra é manter a espinha dorsal do elenco e resistir ao assédio de clubes europeus e brasileiros sobre seus principais jogadores.
Ao mesmo tempo, o clube pretende equilibrar as finanças, abrindo espaço na folha salarial com saídas de atletas que perderam espaço ao longo do ano. De acordo com informações do ge, o Flamengo quer evitar o cenário de 2025, quando negociou peças importantes como Wesley e Gerson. A meta agora é preservar o núcleo titular e realizar apenas reforços pontuais para manter a força do elenco.
As definições sobre quem fica e quem sai devem ocorrer após o fim da temporada, mas as conversas internas já vêm acontecendo desde a última janela de transferências. Na ocasião, a diretoria admitiu a possibilidade de negociar alguns nomes, mas não recebeu propostas consideradas vantajosas.

O Flamengo deve concentrar suas movimentações em atletas que não conseguiram se firmar ou perderam relevância em 2025. Um dos principais nomes nessa lista é Allan. Apesar de ter contrato até o fim de 2027 e acumular 34 jogos na temporada, o volante não se consolidou como peça essencial. A chegada de Jorginho e Saúl no meio do ano aumentou a concorrência e reduziu seu espaço no meio-campo.
No setor ofensivo, a reformulação deve ser mais profunda. Michael e Everton Cebolinha lideram a relação de possíveis saídas. Ambos possuem salários altos e, na visão interna, entregaram pouco retorno técnico em 2025. Michael chegou a receber sondagens, mas nenhuma proposta evoluiu. O clube entende que só aceitará negociá-los por valores que compensem o investimento realizado.
Outro que não se firmou é Juninho, contratado no início da temporada com o aval de Filipe Luís. Mesmo com a lesão de Pedro, o atacante tem sido preterido e o treinador optou por improvisar outras opções na função de centroavante.
A lateral-esquerda também deve passar por uma análise detalhada. O elenco conta com Alex Sandro, Matías Viña e Ayrton Lucas. O veterano é o titular absoluto, enquanto os outros dois alternam a reserva. Após retornar de graves lesões sofridas em 2024, Viña teve poucas oportunidades com Filipe Luís, que tem priorizado Ayrton Lucas sempre que o titular é desfalque.

A diretoria do Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) voltou à carga por Ryan Roberto, atacante de apenas 17 anos e destaque das categorias de base do Flamengo. O jogador é considerado uma das maiores promessas do futebol brasileiro e vem chamando atenção pela técnica e maturidade em campo, mesmo com pouca idade.
Em setembro, o jovem chegou a treinar com o elenco profissional e impressionou a comissão técnica pelo talento e leitura de jogo. Apesar de ainda precisar evoluir fisicamente, Ryan é tratado internamente como um nome com potencial para brilhar no futebol europeu.
Além do PSG, o Real Madrid monitora a situação do atleta e já realizou sondagens junto a representantes do jogador. O clube espanhol, conhecido por investir em jovens talentos sul-americanos, estuda apresentar uma proposta assim que Ryan completar 18 anos.
O interesse dos dois gigantes da Europa deve acelerar o processo de valorização da joia rubro-negra. O PSG, por sua vez, estuda oferecer um projeto esportivo de longo prazo, que inclui desenvolvimento técnico e possível integração ao time principal em Paris.
Mesmo ciente do assédio internacional, a diretoria do Flamengo não pretende facilitar a saída do atleta. A multa rescisória de Ryan Roberto é de 50 milhões de euros (aproximadamente R$ 316 milhões), e a intenção é que a negociação supere transferências históricas, como as de Vinícius Júnior, Lucas Paquetá e Reinier Jesus.
