Since Xuxa Meneghel lost a lawsuit to Carla Zambelli, the story never seems to come to an end. In addition to the defeat, Rainha dos Baixinhos was asked by the deputy's lawyer to pay the fees fixed in the process. It turns out that not even this point has been simple.
The lawyer who represented Carla Zambelli had sued the court for Xuxa to pay approximately R$30,000 in fees. Now, it was discovered by Coluna Fábia Oliveira that the artist did not receive the request as well as expected and, in June, filed an objection, questioning the claim presented by the judge.
We will explain! Zambelli was represented in court by Kufa Sociedade de Advogados. It turns out that the society renounced the powers that were given to it by the deputy and another lawyer joined the case.
With the change of game pieces, according to Xuxa's defense, it would not be clear whether there was, or no, a waiver of fees. In plain English: it was questioned whether or not the lawyer who represented Zambelli could charge the amounts presented.

Xuxa Meneghel's allegations were rejected by the law firm this month. Kufa reaffirmed what it had presented and asked the Court that the blonde's accounts be seized for 30 days for up to R$ 39,134.81.

The 25-year-old trancista revealed that she receives offensive messages on her social networks daily. In some of the messages, internet users call her a "monkey" and make insults related to the color of her skin, in addition to wishing her death.
This Thursday, the 26th, Leidy's legal advisor released a note official informing that the former BBB will take legal action against those responsible for the racist attacks.
In light of the public complaint made by Leidy on social media, several fellow prisoners expressed solidarity. Lucas Buda, one of the program's participants, commented: "Come on, sister!
