Around R$13 million is the approximate value of the properties left by Zagallo as an inheritance. Coincidence or not, this number was the favorite of the former football coach and 1970 World Cup champion, but it ended up becoming an object of dispute between his four children. And the family crisis is not something recent.

Zagallo's estate was already a recurring theme even before his death on January 5 of this year. The impasse, which became public, between the brothers began at least eight years ago.

In 2016, Paulo Jorge, Maria Cristina and Maria Emília tried to interdict their father, claiming that they did not believe he would be capable of managing his own assets. Only the youngest, Mario César, disagreed with the measure and personally took care of his father and his interests.

"They claimed that Zagallo could not manage his own assets because he was having health problems and there was already a issue with his mother's will, who left everything to the widower and not to her children. But he was always lucid", says a source, a friend of "Velho Lobo", as he was called.

It appears in Zagallo's name the house where he lived in a luxury condominium in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio, where he lived until he died, which is worth around R$6 million; two apartments in the same neighborhood, one in the Blue condominium, worth approximately R$2 million, and another in Atlântico Sul, facing the sea, which would be worth around R$4 million. A property in Angra dos Reis, worth almost R$1 million, still appears in the professor's name. The house in Teresópolis, in Granja Comary, was put up for sale in 2017.

This Thursday morning (05/09), actress Luana Piovani used her social networks to criticize influencers who promote sports betting. In a series of stories on Instagram, the 48-year-old actress made harsh statements about the negative impact of this type of advertising, including a direct mention of her ex-husband, surfer Pedro Scooby.

"How come Do you have the courage to sell bets? Don't you know the people of the country you live in? My children's father also sells football bets", declared Piovani, referring to Scooby's involvement with this type of advertising. The actress also revealed her concern when she realized that her eldest son, Dom, would be defending the bets, a fact that she regretted.

"IT'S A DISEASE , AN ADDICTION", SAYS ACTRESS

Visibly irritated, Luana Piovani continued her criticism, pointing out the danger of betting: "This is a disease, an addiction. Have you read any material to find out? Who loses money on bets? Do you think it's the millionaires? It's the salaryman who loses money from the rent, the car payment", emphasized the actress, warning her followers about the risks of this behavior.

UNFOLLOW ON VINÍCIUS JR.: "THIS SHIT"

In another part of his publications, Piovani shared a report from "Ninja Media" that compared online gambling addiction to a public health epidemic. In the caption, she advised: "Stop following those who sell bets. Gambling ruins people's lives! And those who sell are getting rich, while you are getting poorer." The actress also revealed that she stopped following football player Vinícius Jr. due to his association with betting: "I love Vini Jr., but I stopped following him. I think there is a lack of collective awareness. Pedro Scooby also sells this shit ", he concluded.

One of former coach and player Zagalo's nurses charges around R$328,115.27 in labor rights for his hiring, as well as termination, FGTS and INSS deposits to the deceased's family. In addition, the professional also files a lawsuit for moral damages attributed to Mario César Zagallo, son and guardian of the ex-Flamengo player.

The process is being carried out in secret from the courts, but the caregiver reports, with evidence, the exhausting working hours, for which he received monthly, without a formal contract, around R$2,400. According to information from EXTRA, she says that during the pandemic, she was forced to take on housekeeping, ironing and cooking duties without being paid.

In total, three professionals took turns looking after Zagallo, who always needed to be supported for the most basic needs, such as going to the bathroom. However, one of them left the job.

The team was monitored through a 24-hour circuit of cameras. The nurse reveals that she was unable to be away for more than 15 minutes, as the boss's son, in the process described as a second employer, sent audios via the WhatsApp group "screaming".

The caregiver was dismissed from her duties functions on the day of Zagallo's death without prior notice. A first conciliation hearing took place at the beginning of August, and an agreement was attempted, in which the employee asked for R$190,000, but was only offered R$18,000 and she did not accept. Therefore, a new hearing will take place on October 16th, on this date, both Mario César and the four-time champion's former caregiver will have to present their witnesses.
