Now it's official! Jojo Todynho and Kamila Simione are facing each other in court, according to Fábia Oliveira, columnist for the Metrópoles portal. The Flamengo fan opened a criminal complaint against the current Fazenda 15 participant and this was received by the judge on Wednesday (25). On the same day, the summons certificate regarding receipt was attached to the file and communicated to the Prosecutor's Office.
The case involves an accusation on the part of the red-black singer who felt defamed and insulted. These crimes are against honor, according to the Penal Code.
It all started when Kamila referred to her pet pigs by the name of the singer. She justified the “nickname”, stating that her pets would be 'chubby', which builds the connection with Jojo.
It is worth noting that the criminal complaint does not necessarily start the process, it just presents the desire that a certain demand will, in fact, go to court. However, it needs to be analyzed, studied, seen very closely so that the judge understands whether it is valid or not. In the case of Jojo Todynho, the judge understood that it was correct, and the complaint was received, as all the necessary elements of the Penal Code were fulfilled.
After receiving the complaint, Kamila Simioni officially became a defendant in the process, that is, she is now officially accused of a criminal act. In fact, it is interesting to note that she herself was eliminated in the last field of the Record program.

Lucas Souza, ex-Fazenda and Jojo Todynho's ex, released an open letter this Saturday, the 27th, in which he declares himself bisexual. In the publication, the singer and former military man vented about the situations he has experienced since childhood and stated that he is in a process of “self-knowledge”.
Still in the letter, Lucas comments on his time on the reality show A Fazenda, from Record TV, which he gave up in 2023. “Sexuality became an issue in many moments and it consumed me internally”, he stated.
