According to journalist Mariana Morais, from Correio Braziliense, Angelo Carbone is suing Lucas Souza for not having received payment of the fees owed by the influencer, during the case against the Flamengo fan. In addition, the lawyer also demands compensation for moral damages.
According to the columnist, Jojo's ex-husband did not sign the fee contract after the divorce process was opened and distributed in court, not respecting the work carried out by Carbone: “He hired me to carry out these processes. At the time, he sat here in my office and carried out all the processes with me. He took a fee contract to sign, and in a rush he took the contract away and didn’t sign it.”
Angelo also revealed that he received false accusations from Souza: “He started telling everyone that I said things that he hadn't said. Which is absurd, because in addition to me reading it to him personally [the initial petition of the process], he also read and signed both the petition and the power of attorney.”
Another controversial issue is the fact that the young person having changed professionals in the middle of the process. “A lawyer came and removed me, and he didn’t pay. What I find strange is that he didn't have the intellectual and legal side, he took advantage of my office, didn't pay and even passed the case on to another lawyer”, explained Angelo Carbone.
