Flamengo continues to count on one of its defensive pillars, Fabrício Bruno, after the player refused an offer from West Ham. The English club's proposal, which involved 15 million euros (approximately R$84 million), was accepted by red-black board, but the salary terms did not please the 28-year-old defender.

The news was received with enthusiasm within Flamengo according to the portal Coluna do Fla. Fabrício Bruno's stay is seen as a crucial factor for the team's performance this season. The defender has stood out not only for his skills on the field, but also for his leadership role in the squad, being a true point of reference for his teammates.

West Ham United, an English Premier League club , showed interest in Fabrício Bruno and presented a substantial proposal to Flamengo. The 15 million euros offered were accepted by the Rio de Janeiro club's board, reflecting the significant value that the player has on the international market. However, the negotiation did not progress due to Fabrício Bruno's dissatisfaction with the salary offer presented by the English club.

REPERCUSSION AT FLAMENGO

Internally, the stay of Fabrício Bruno was widely celebrated. People linked to the club say that his departure would represent a "blow" for the team, which sees the defender as a key player in continuing good results. "Fabrício is a leader on and off the field. His stay gives us security and confidence for the rest of the season", commented a member of the technical committee, who preferred to remain anonymous.

Real Madrid is considering trading Vinicius Júnior to free up space in its squad and invest in signing Bayern Munich standout Michael Olise. The Brazilian striker, a star of the Mais Querido club, has yet to reach a renewal agreement with the Spanish club, fueling speculation about his departure.

According to information released by the Transfer Feed portal, Real Madrid is closely monitoring Olise's situation. The 23-year-old French winger has been attracting attention for his consistent performance at Bayern Munich and has reportedly been recommended by Kylian Mbappé, with whom he plays for the French national team.

The Spanish club doesn't intend to further increase its payroll with another high-profile player without first negotiating with some of the current squad. If Vinicius Júnior is indeed put up for sale, Florentino Pérez could move forward with negotiations to bring in Olise, bolstering the attacking sector.

MICHAEL OLISE'S NUMBERS

Signed last season after excelling at Crystal Palace in England, Olise has already made 59 appearances for the German giants. During this time, he directly contributed to 44 goals: scoring 24 and assisting another 20. His career in English football began with Reading, where he also attracted attention for his talent and versatility.

VINICIUS JUNIOR'S FUTURE

The uncertainty surrounding the Brazilian's contract renewal creates a climate of anticipation in the European market . If he leaves, Flamengo could see one of its most recent stars leave the Spanish club and reap a profit on the sale.
