FORMER FLAMENGO PLAYER, PETKOVIC QUESTIONS THE CLUB'S PUNISHMENT FOR GABIGOL: "I'M KIND OF LOST"

On the afternoon of this Thursday (24), the CBF defined the field commands for the finals of the Copa do Brasil between Flamengo and Atlético -MG. Thus, it was decided that Mais Querido will decide the title at Arena MRV, on November 10th, Sunday, at 4pm.

Flamengo will host the first clash, on November 3rd, at Maracanã. Thus, Rubro-Negro will be able to count on the support of the Nation to be able to open up a good lead for the second leg, which will be played at Arena MRV, in Belo Horizonte.

SORT FOR THE FINAL

Atlético-MG managed to qualify for the final of the Copa do Brazil after beating Vasco 3-2 on aggregate. The Minas Gerais team had a good campaign in both matches and came out on top.

Flamengo qualified for the grand final after beating Corinthians by an aggregate score of 1-0. In a tight game, Mais Querido came out on top, having to define the classification at the Neo Química Arena .

FOCUS ON THE NEXT FACE

Flamengo and Juventude face each other next Saturday (26), in the 31st round of the Brasileirão. For the match, the team from Rio Grande do Sul will not be able to count on an absence. In this way, midfielderMadaca gave an interview and demonstrated confidence in the confrontation.

“The preparation is strong for this great challenge we have on Saturday . We know it's a difficult game, we're working hard, studying Flamengo well so we can come back from there with one or three points”, said Mandaca to 'Rádio Caxias FM'.

Soon afterwards, Madacawas asked about Jadson's suspension and how much the player's absence could influence Juventude. However, despite recognizing the importance of the starting midfielder, Madaca praised the squad of the Rio Grande do Sul team and the likely replacement Luís Oyama.

After breaking contract with Nike, striker Gabigol announced Mizuno as his new personal brand of sports equipment. The change of sponsor occurred due to the project offered by the company, in addition to the role of creative director that Flamengo's number 99 will play at the supplier.

In an interview with 'Poder 360', Dayyán Morandi, director of the 4Content agency, highlighted how Gabigol will contribute within the company, emphasizing the creativerole he will assume: “One of the crucial points during the negotiation was that Gabriel should be an integral part of the campaign production process. He must act as acreative directorand bring his ideas to the project”, stated the director.

GABIGOL NO FLAMENGO

Despite taking on a role off the pitch, Gabigol continues as a striker for Flamengo. Since the change of sponsor, however, he has yet to score any goals with Manto Sagrado. The last time he scored was against Criciúma, two months ago.
