According to the GOAL portal, Adidas, one of the world's leading sports brands, is preparing for a very special launch next November. The German brand announced a unique initiative in partnership with five of the most renowned clubs in Brazilian football: Atlético-MG, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Internacional and São Paulo. The aim is to celebrate Black Consciousness Month in a meaningful and impactful way, promoting diversity and racial equality through sport and fashion.

The partnership between Adidas and these clubs is a clear demonstration companies' commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion. Each of the clubs will have a special uniform created exclusively for Black Consciousness Month, with design and elements that celebrate Afro-Brazilian culture and the fight against racism. This initiative goes beyond just sportswear, it is a symbolic act that seeks to give visibility to the importance of racial equality.

The uniforms were carefully developed to represent the Afro-Brazilian roots of each of the clubs. Colors, prints and details were chosen to honor Brazil's rich cultural and historical heritage. Furthermore, the uniforms will have messages and symbols that promote awareness about the fight against racism and the importance of combating prejudice in all spheres of society.

The choice of clubs to participate in this initiative was not Random. Atlético-MG, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Internacional and São Paulo have diverse and influential fan bases across the country, meaning this message of racial equality will be widespread. Players will also play an important role, wearing these special uniforms during games in November and contributing to awareness about the issue.

In addition to the uniforms, Adidas and the clubs plan a series of actions and events to involve the community and promote discussions about the importance of Black Consciousness and the fight against racism. This includes holding sports clinics, lectures, exhibitions and other activities that will reinforce the message of racial equality. The initiative will also have a social impact, as part of the revenue generated from the sale of the special uniforms will be donated to organizations and projects that work to combat racism and promote racial inclusion in Brazil. This financial contribution will help strengthen initiatives that have a direct impact on the lives of Afro-Brazilian communities.

Adidas and participating clubs are committed to making Black Consciousness Month 2023 an unforgettable celebration of diversity and of racial equality. This partnership is an example of how sport and fashion can be used as powerful tools to promote positive social change. It is a demonstration that big brands and institutions have a fundamental role in the fight against racism and promoting equal opportunities for all.

It is hoped that this initiative will inspire other brands and organizations to get involved actively promoting diversity and inclusion in their respective areas of activity. Black Consciousness Month is an important opportunity to remind all of us of the importance of recognizing and valuing Afro-Brazilian heritage, as well as continuing to work together to build a more just and equal society for all Brazilians.

< In short, Adidas is preparing an extraordinary launch in partnership with Atlético-MG, Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Internacional and São Paulo to celebrate Black Consciousness Month. This initiative includes the creation of special uniforms that represent each club's Afro-Brazilian culture, as well as messages and actions to promote racial equality. It is a unique opportunity to use sport and fashion as instruments of social change and promote a more inclusive and fair society for all.

In the relationship between Gabigol and coach Tite at Flamengo, only the field is capable of speaking. Between the striker and coach, there is practically no dialogue, and the cold and silent war dictates that only one of them should remain at the club for the season in 2025.

No atmosphere with the coaching staff and also with the squad , Gabriel Barbosa has been convinced to change and airs, but even the clubs that expressed interest in the first half of the year backed away. With a contract at Flamengo until the end of December, Gabigol had offers from Palmeiras, Corinthians and Santos, was mentioned at Grêmio, but did not want to sign a pre-contract with any team.

The expectation was to try to turn things around on top in the second half, otherwise he would end his time at Flamengo like the idol he became, without any fuss.

Tite's arrival last year changed the entire perspective of the striker, who was already in a bad phase previously, and lost his place once and for all to Pedro with the presence of the new coach. With the center forward's recent injury, Tite kept Gabigol at the end of the line, under the argument that Carlinhos and Bruno Henrique perform better in the scheme with a reference man .

Without understanding the criteria, Gabi maintains her dedication to the basic level of professionalism in training, as it is not part of the coach's or the club's plans for a possible renewal. With the chances of a comeback practically buried, the two possible paths are to wait for the election in Flamengo to find out if Tite will remain with the next president; or wait for the end of the contract to freely listen to proposals again. Palmeiras and Santos have not yet given up on the idea, and Bahia appears as an option, as it has good investment capacity.
