Responsible for handling the negotiation for Tite from the beginning to the happy ending last Sunday, Marcos Braz decided that he will be as close as possible to the coach during the work that will begin this week within Flamengo. Braz will be "on the side" of the 62-year-old Gaucho for much of the time.
Determined to have Tite as the last coach of his tenure as vice football coach - Rodolfo Landim's mandate expires in December -, Braz told people which will centralize the stage of adaptation of the new red-black commander to the processes practiced at Ninho do Urubu.
Marcos Braz has the support of Rodolfo Landim for this task. The president made Braz the leader of the negotiations to hire Tite. The coach's day-to-day activities will be similar, with constant and daily conversations, whether at Ninho do Urubu or in another environment outside Flamengo's facilities.
