According to information from the LeoDias portal, Jojo Todynho intends to sue each person who offended her. Furthermore, the singer's legal team would already be working at full speed to list the critics and critics, already preparing the accusation to go to court. Also according to the portal, there were racist comments against Jojo.

In the video published on social media, where he made several announcements about his ideological positions, Jojo stated that to "talk about me, keep your voice down because Doctor Estevão is already going to file the request for more than 20 processes.”

This past Tuesday (17), singer Luísa Sonza celebrated the nomination of the song "Chico", made in honor of Chico Moedas, her ex-boyfriend, for the award for Best Song in the Portuguese Language at the 2024 Latin Grammy Awards.
