In the Carioca Championship, Botafogo, Flamengo, Fluminense and Vasco da Gama are the biggest winners. The four teams dominate the state competition in Rio de Janeiro. But the situation of clubs can be very different on the national and international scene. Therefore, it is important to put all the titles of each person into perspective, to know who is the greatest champion.


In recent years, Flamengo has been one of those who won the most titles on the national scene. Rubro-Negro had some successful years, increasing its list considerably. However, the last champion among the four was Fluminense. In Copa Libertadores, Tricolor achieved victory unpublished.




4th- BOTAFOGO

In total, Botafogo has won 54 titles in its history Despite having been champion of the Taça Rio last year, his last title considered most important was in Série B of the Brasileirão.
