On Monday afternoon, Brazilian national team coach Fernando Diniz called up the team for commitments against Colombia (away from home, 11/16) and Argentina (at home, 11/21). After the call-up, Diniz, among several topics, spoke about Endrick's presence on the squad list and Paquetá's absence.
”In the case of Endrick, specifically, he is a player who has the potential to be one of those great talents. We don't know if it will be confirmed or not. The call-up is not pressure, it is a prize, and also a vision of what the future can be. A boy born in 2006 being able to produce what he has produced for a long time really catches my attention, and at this specific moment of the call-up he is experiencing his best moment playing against the big teams here in Brazil and managing to stand out.
