Made unacceptable mistakes in the game. A penalty against Everton Ribeiro, with a charge on the back that is even the subject of CBF explanatory videos about what is wrong and what is not. It is unacceptable that the referee does not award a penalty as clear as this one, and even more so that the VAR does not review it”, he criticized.
In the end, Spindel ended by saying that he hopes that this does not happen again. “We hope that this does not happen again, both this type of scale at stake of this magnitude, and even in the context that occurred, with a member of the technical commission of Palmeiras questioning the suitability and fairness of the referees and the Arbitration Commission, and Palmeiras putting public pressure on arbitration. After the match, the full-back revealed a conversation with coach Filipe Luís, who advised him on attacking positioning: "I received criticism when I played injured because I couldn't give my best.
