Marcos Evangelista de Morais, eternal Cafu, was twice champion of the World Cup in 1994 and 2002, and in the latter the ace was captain of the Brazilian team. In an exclusive interview with TNT Sports, the former player was full of praise for Neymar, pointing out his superiority in technical terms in world football.
