This Tuesday (7), FlaBasquete returns to play for the quarter-finals of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), against Fortaleza. The two teams will face each other at the Olympic Training Center, in Ceará, at 7:30 pm (Brasília time), and the second game of the series will be broadcast live; see where to watch Fortaleza x Flamengo Where to watch Fortaleza x Flamengo

After opening the series at the Ginásio do Tijuca Tênis Clube, in Rio de Janeiro, in Last Friday, Flamengo will now go to Fortaleza's home for the second game of the quarterfinals. Favorite for the title, Mais Querido tries to defeat the club from Ceará, to continue advancing in the NBB.


For fans who don't want to miss Fortaleza x Flamengo, there will be several broadcast options. The game will be available on NBB Basquetpass, the league's paid platform, on SporTV and FlaTV+, allowing fans to watch wherever they are.

See below the dates and times of the next games between Flamengo and Fortaleza, in the knockout stages of the country's main basketball competition. It is worth remembering that the series will be decided in a best of five games, and Rubro-Negro will have control of the court in the event of a tiebreaker game, due to their best campaign in the classification phase.

In their second international friendly played in Spain, the Pride of the Nation showed the power of reaction and beat Básquet Coruña 90 to 89, this Friday afternoon (6), in Granada. The red-black highlight in the match was American Shaq Johnson with 18 points. Now, Mais Querido returns to the court on Sunday (8) to face Granada. Highlights

1st QuarterThe first quarter started very evenly, with the teams exchanging points. During the period, Básquet Coruña managed to open a small advantage. The Pride of the Nation cut the difference to four points, but in the final minutes the home team grew in the match again and closed the match at 27 to 17.

2nd QuarterIn the second quarter, the home team continued to score, and Flamengo tried to close the gap. Flamengo continues its preparation for another intense basketball season. This Friday (06), Rubro-Negro will face Baskét La Coruña (ESP) at 3pm (Brasília time), for the second match of the pre-season. The game will be held at Pabellón Ciudad Deportiva Diputación de Granada, in Spain.

It is worth remembering that the training period of Flamengo in Spain started on September 2nd and will last until the 12th. The broadcast of the match has not yet been confirmed, due to the lack of technical guarantees from the hosts. Coach Gustavo de Conti should repeat the same quintet from his debut.


Probable starting quintet: Alexey Borges, Shaq Johnson, Gui Deodato, Lucas Siewert and Taya Gallizzi.

FlaBasquete went to Spain for a series of pre-season friendlies. In the first match on European territory, Pride of the Nation played a very balanced game with UCAM Murcia, but ended up being defeated by 75 to 73, on the afternoon of this Wednesday (4), in the gym Pabellón Polideportivo José Ortega Chumilla , in Yecla.

It is worth mentioning that Murcia was second in the Spanish Basketball League (ACB) last season.  

1st Quarter

Mengão's first match of the season started off balanced. Taya Gallizzi, in the bottle, scored the first two Pride of the Nation points. The confrontation continued with exchanges of points, but with two shots of three, UCAM Murcia opened a small advantage: 21 to 14 for the Spanish team.
