Frenchman Kylian Mbappé already has his future defined. The 25-year-old striker will wear the Real Madrid shirt from the next European season onwards, which starts in July 2024. The announcement was made by the Spanish team on social media this Monday. Mbappé will be teammates with former Flamengo player Vini Jr.
The revelation of the agreement comes just two days after Real Madrid won their 15th Champions League title. Mbappé signed a contract with the Spanish team for five seasons. According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, the negotiation was completed in February this year.
According with journalist Fabrizio Romano, Mbappé will receive, in bonuses, more than 100 million euros, approximately R$569 million, during the period of his contract. The player's annual salary will be 30 million euros, around R$171 million.
Mbappé's presentation date at Real Madrid has not yet been announced, but it should take place after the European Championship, which will be held from June 14th to July 14th in Germany. The striker is already with the French team preparing for the tournament and should not leave his concentration.

Mbappé was a long-time desire of the Real Madrid management. In 2022, the French star even flirted with going to the Madrid team, but chose to renew with Paris Saint-Germain until the current season. Hemorio's partner team was at the Gávea headquarters, from 10am to 3pm, collecting blood in the playground's party room. Athletes, employees and associates were able to donate and make a difference: each bag of blood can save up to four lives.
In addition to encouraging blood donation, the campaign also sought to raise awareness about the importance of this act of generosity and how it can save lives. “The partnership with Flamengo Social Responsibility is very important. More than attracting donors, this action seeks to awaken civic and social sentiment, ensure greater dissemination and demystify fears. It is an extremely educational and important action for maintaining stocks”, declared Dr. Renata de Almeida, a Hemorio doctor present at the action.
