Recently, player Neymar Jr. made a new major acquisition: land valued at R$20 million in Condomínio Jardim Pernambuco, in Alto Leblon, Rio de Janeiro. The area will be used for the construction of your new property. The purchase occurred after the striker gave up on the acquisition of the most expensive mansion in Brazil, in the same location, valued at R$ 220 million.
According to the newspaper “Extra”, Neymar, currently playing for Al-Hilal, opted to build your residence from scratch after visiting four houses in the condominium. The new land, located on Rua Embaixador Graça Aranha, offers a privileged view of Christ the Redeemer, easy access to Leblon beach and is isolated from other properties, ensuring greater privacy.
A source revealed that Neymar considered the R$220 million mansion "expensive" due to the need for several modernization renovations. The mansion, despite being luxurious and equipped with six suites, 18 bathrooms, 15 parking spaces, a semi-Olympic swimming pool and the only private helipad in Rio de Janeiro, did not meet the player's expectations in terms of value for money.
On another front, Neymar took legal action against one of his lookalikes. According to Veja magazine's Gente column, the athlete filed an opposition lawsuit with the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) to prevent Eigon Oliveira from using the term "Sósia do Ney" as a trademark. With more than 2.3 million followers on Instagram, the relationship between Neymar and his "twin" is not the most friendly.
Neymar's decision to acquire the land and invest in the construction of a new property reflects his search for a space that fully meets your expectations of comfort and exclusivity. I was doing very well in my rehabilitation and I have periodic tests to be done while I am in remission. Remission is a five-year period in which the cancer can return. My cancer came back.”
The artist said that she received the new diagnosis during routine examinations and that she began chemotherapy treatment immediately. She was admitted to Hospital Sírio-Libanês, in São Paulo.

During an Al Hilal training session, Jorge Jesus stole the show by participating in a lively game with one of his players. The former Flamengo coach showed his talent by playing catch-up with Arab player Yasser Al-Shahrani. In a relaxed moment, Jesus compared his control of the ball to that of Neymar Jr., a player from Al Hilal, although the comment was not understood in Portuguese by the player.
