During the chat, she commented on her diet, explaining that she has been eating less since adopting intermittent fasting to lose weight in preparation for the film "Little Creatures", filmed in July, in Brasília.
Dieckmann revealed that, to achieve his goal, he needed to follow a strict 24-hour fast, eating only once a day. "I've always been greedy, I like to eat a lot, to see a full plate. But, for the film, I decided to lose weight and I had to do intermittent fasting. I ate once a day, and it was very difficult at first. But I had medical supervision" , she stated.
