33-year-old gymnast Jade Barbosa publicly celebrated, this Thursday (26), the first signs of her first pregnancy. The athlete posted images on her Instagram account, revealing the “little belly” of the baby, the result of her marriage with administrator Leandro Fontanesi , made official in September 2024.
Jade Barbosa, known for her achievements at Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and the Brazilian national team, is one of the main references in national artistic gymnastics. With three Olympic participations (Beijing 2008, Rio 2016 and Paris 2024) , the athlete won a bronze medal in the team competition at the Paris Games.
At the time, the athlete was with other gymnasts from Flamengo, Rebeca Andrade, Flávia Saraiva and Lorrane Oliveira, as well as Júlia Soares. With this, in addition to her performance as a gymnast, Jade stands out for having been the first Brazilian to win a bronze medal in the individual all-around at the World Championships (2007) and in vault (2010).

According to Virginia's publicist, the relationship was never serious, and given the exposure, each will go their own way. "They were really getting to know each other better.
