The defender Léo Pereira, from Flamengo, is in the middle of a fierce legal dispute with his former teammate, Tainá Castro . The differences include custody of the children and authorization for Tainá to move with the children to Spain, where her current husband, Real Madrid player Éder Militão, lives. According to reports, Tainá accuses Léo of not attending a crucial hearing and of hindering the legal processes.
"For my part, always I tried to maintain a friendly relationship for the sake of the children. But, lately, even in the courts we are facing communication difficulties", declared Tainá. She claims that Léo failed to comply with an agreement to pay off a residence, allegedly communicating a change of plans in recent messages. The athlete would have chosen to continue paying for the house in installments, instead of paying it off in full, as agreed.
LÉO PEREIRA'S ADVISER SPEAKS OUT ON THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
In response to the accusations, Léo Pereira's office clarified that there are only two processes in progress, contrary to what was disclosed. One of them deals with child custody and already has a conciliation hearing scheduled. The second refers to authorization to move to Madrid, a process in which Léo claims he has not yet been formally cited due to an outdated address provided by Tainá.
In addition, Mengão player's defense assures that he has not avoided justice and states that alimony payments are being paid regularly. As for the property, the advisor informs that the transfer to Tainá's name is in the final stages at the registry office, and that the delay is attributed to bureaucratic procedures.
MOVING TO SPAIN AS A POINT OF CONFLICT
Tainá, who already lives in Spain, reiterated her desire to take her children to the country. According to her, conversations with Léo on the topic have been fruitless, leading to new developments in the judicial sphere. "My goal has always been to live in Spain with my children, and this has already been discussed with Léo. However, he continues to create obstacles and does not grant authorization. Therefore, I took legal action, and it was exactly on this issue that he failed to attend audience", he concluded.

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
