Brunna Gonçalves , wife of singer Ludmilla, used her social media this Friday (20) to report the difficulties faced in the postpartum period, a period of physical and emotional adaptation after the birth of her daughter, Zuri, in May. In a sincere outburst, the dancer confessed to being anxious for the end of this phase, marked by hormonal instability and mood swings.
“Anyway, I’m literally counting down the days… You can see how crazy I am, right? That’s why I want to let this postpartum phase pass so I can come back here fully conscious, sane, to talk to you, because like that… my head, sometimes, goes crazy. But it’s over, guys, thank God it’ll be over next week,” Brunna declared to her followers.
In addition to the intense emotions, the influencer also shared her experience with breastfeeding, describing a demanding routine full of learning. According to Brunna , Zuri has a high demand for breast milk , which requires extra attention.
“ You have no idea how much she drinks, it’s a lot! That’s why I always do it, ” revealed the first-time mother. “I just finished breastfeeding, I’m going to have coffee and I’m going to use the breast pump for a little bit. I always do this – I breastfeed and then use the pump, so my brain understands that production needs to be at full steam to be able to handle the amount of milk that Zuri drinks, because she drinks a lot!” she added.
Despite keeping their daughter private on social media, Brunna and Ludmilla recently showed Zuri's face for the first time during the release of the song "Paraíso", which celebrates Pride Month and motherhood. The moment touched the couple's fans, who have been following the new phase of the family.

This is the best finish of Fonseca 's career, and he continues to break records. He became the 12th Brazilian in history to enter the top 50 since the beginning of the Open Era in 1968. Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
