Next to the image was a text stating that Dolabella “broke two arms of a black woman”. He clarified that the statement is false and that he was never convicted of such an act. He registered a police report at a police station in São Paulo.
The issue is that he does not have the personal data of the person who slandered him and affected his honor, which is why the platform had to be inserted into the case, since administrators are the only ones capable of informing the name, CPF, residential and IP address so that Dado Dolabella can act criminally and civilly. Therefore, he requested urgent protection for the defendant to provide the data within 24 hours, so that he could take legal action as soon as possible to see the person who committed the crimes against him held accountable.

“The Boi- Bumbá Garantido, through its president, Fred Goes, informs that the production of singer Ludmilla, as well as the local producer responsible for the event held last Sunday (10/22), at Arena Amazônica, in Manaus, contacted the association to retract what happened and recognize that it was just a way of preserving our greatest heritage, the Boi-Bumbá Garantido”, they began in the note.
The Boi Garantido team also highlighted that the intention was not to target Ludmilla, but to raise awareness about the inappropriate use of the brand's image. They also took the opportunity to say that they recognize the importance of the tribute paid by the singer.

However, after the performance, the Boi-Bumbá Garantido Folkloric Association reacted and said that the bull that was used during the show was not the official Boi Garantido.
