According to the Argentine portal El Crack Deportivo, Flamengo is interested in defender Federico Gattoni, who belongs to Sevilla, in Spain. The athlete is not having much space in the European team and is looking for a new destination. The 25-year-old Argentine defender is on loan at Anderlecht, Belgium, until June. The athlete should not be used by Sevilla on his return. The Belgian team would also not be willing to take advantage of him.
Federico Gattoni is valued at 3 million euros (around R$16 million). The idea is that the defender would arrive for a possible departure of Fabrício Bruno, who has been receiving surveys from European football. According to the Bolavip Brasil portal, however, Rubro-Negro is not willing to make an offer for the defender. A source linked to the football department said that the information from the Argentine outlet “is not correct.”
Sevilla confirmed the signing of defender Federico Gattoni, in 2023, when the athlete was still only 24 years old and emerging as a one of the main players in the position in Argentina. The player remained at San Lorenzo, on loan, until the middle of the year and then joined the Spanish club. Soon, he was transferred to Anderlecht, aiming to have more minutes in European football to mature.
His contract in Spain is valid until June 2027. At the time, the deal was worth around 1.2 million of euros. Gattoni spent his entire youth career at San Lorenzo, where he was considered one of the greatest jewels. In 2019, he joined the main squad, but it was only in 2021 that he established himself by gaining minutes on the field. As a result, he stood out in his country, until he arrived in European football with Sevilla.

CONMEBOL's Disciplinary Unit has summoned Flamengo striker Bruno Henrique to a hearing to investigate his conduct following the Copa Libertadores quarterfinal match against Estudiantes in Argentina. Henrique was caught making obscene gestures toward the opposing fans shortly after the match ended in La Plata.
The hearing is scheduled for this Friday at 11:30 a.m. (Brasília time) , and the Mais Querido's number 27 will be able to participate virtually. The case will be analyzed in light of the organization's Disciplinary Code, which can apply anything from a warning to a suspension for official matches.
Bruno Henrique was charged under Articles 2b and 2c of Article 11 of the CONMEBOL Disciplinary Code, which address offensive or defamatory behavior and violations of the minimum standards expected in sports competitions. If deemed an infraction, the sanction will be determined in accordance with Article 6 of the same regulations , which provides for punishments such as a suspension for a specified number of matches or for a specific period.
After the penalty shootout victory over Estudiantes, Bruno Henrique stated on social media that he reacted to taunts and aggression from the stands. According to the player, he was hit by objects thrown by fans , including a lighter that allegedly hit his face.
" They only show my part, but they don't show the part of us players being hit by objects, cans, and other things. I only had that reaction after being hit in the face with a lighter," the Flamengo forward wrote in a comment on Instagram.
