In a series of stories on Instagram, the 48-year-old actress made harsh statements about the negative impact of this type of advertising, including a direct mention of her ex-husband, surfer Pedro Scooby.

My children's father also sells football bets", declared Piovani, referring to Scooby's involvement with this type of advertising. The actress also revealed her concern when she realized that her eldest son, Dom, would be defending the bets, a fact that she regretted.

Visibly irritated, Luana Piovani continued her criticism, pointing out the danger of betting: "This is a disease, an addiction. Have you read any material to find out? Who loses money on bets? Do you think it's the millionaires? It's the salaryman who loses money from the rent, the car payment", emphasized the actress, warning her followers about the risks of this behavior.

In another part of his publications, Piovani shared a report from "Ninja Media" that compared online gambling addiction to a public health epidemic. In the caption, she advised: "Stop following those who sell bets. Gambling ruins people's lives! And those who sell are getting rich, while you are getting poorer." The actress also revealed that she stopped following football player Vinícius Jr. due to his association with betting: "I love Vini Jr., but I stopped following him.
