According to the report published on Instagram, Vivi stated that the residence was invaded again, accusing the officers of disrespecting the privacy of family and friends. She raised suspicions about the timing of the operation, claiming that it occurred exactly on the day MC Poze was scheduled to be released, which she considered "strange" after recent public complaints against police conduct. The influencer also questioned the edited videos released by the authorities and criticized the leaking of confidential information from the investigation.
In the same outburst, Vivi directly accused the Rio de Janeiro State Police of being used as an instrument of persecution and censorship. “ This is institutionalized racism and prejudice. But they won’t silence me! ” she wrote. The influencer also pointed out that the treatment given to favela residents follows a pattern of criminalization, regardless of proven guilt, and reinforced that the favela will not forget the abuses committed.
The operation, carried out by the Robbery and Theft Divisions (DRF), the Narcotics Repression Division (DRE) and the General Department for Combating Corruption and Organized Crime (DGCOR-LD), seeks to dismantle the financial core of Comando Vermelho. It is estimated that the criminal organization has illegally moved more than R$250 million . The police reported that they continue to execute court orders focusing on money laundering structures linked to drug trafficking.

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
