Eliza Samudio's son, currently 14 years old, accumulates a debt of around R$5 million in unpaid child support. The process was transferred to Rio de Janeiro, where the story began, and seeks the seizure of assets to pay off part of the debt.
Since September 2022, Bruninho Samudio, son of Eliza Samudio and the former goalkeeper Bruno, does not receive the pension amounts stipulated by the Court. The amount, set at two monthly minimum wages, has rarely been met since the young man was born. Today, the former athlete's debt to his son already exceeds R$5 million.
Sônia Moura, Bruninho's grandmother and mother of Eliza, opened up about the situation that has been going on for years: "Eliza died trying to guarantee the rights of her son, which never happened. I continue fighting for the same objective, while Bruninho continues to be neglected."
NEW CHAPTER FROM THE LEGAL FIGHT IN RIO DE JANEIRO
Recently, Bruninho moved to Rio de Janeiro to train as a goalkeeper in the base categories of Botafogo, which led to the legal process , which has been running for years, was transferred to the city. The transfer brings strong symbolism to the young man's grandmother: "He's going back to where it all began", commented Sônia.
In 2022 , Bruno even organized a raffle for autographed shirts to pay off some installments of his pension, fearing he would be arrested for non-payment. However, since 2023, there have been no further transfers, and an execution sentence was issued, authorizing the seizure of assets.

FORMER GOALKEEPER BRUNO DOES NOT HAVE ASSETS IN HIS NAME
The former goalkeeper, who was convicted of the death of Eliza Samudio in 2010, apparently has no assets in her name. The farm in Esmeraldas, Minas Gerais, where Eliza spent her last days with Bruninho, was sold and the proceeds were divided between Bruno, his ex-wife Dayane and a small portion destined for her son. This amount, however, was used to cover the legal costs of Bruninho's case since Bruno's arrest in 2013.
In 2011 , Bruno also tried to sell an apartment in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, to prevent the property from being used to pay Bruninho's pension. The court undid the deal, and the apartment, valued at R$1.5 million, must be auctioned to pay off part of the accumulated debt.
In addition to the outstanding pensions, Bruno owes Bruninho compensation for moral damages, which already exceeds R$1 million. Despite several appeals, the former player ultimately lost in the Federal Supreme Court (STF).

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
