Ten years after undergoing bariatric surgery, André Marques shared that he gained 9kg in a period of four months. At 44 years old, the presenter acknowledged having relaxed his diet, but has now resumed his commitment: currently, he is frequently practicing beach tennis classes on Barra da Tijuca beach, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro.
"I started recording my channel at home, preparing daily meals, and in four months I gained 9 kg. The journey is constant. I resumed my beach tennis practice, I am adopting a healthier diet and limiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the end of week. Bariatric surgery is not a definitive cure for obesity, but it is considered the most effective method", he shared in a recent interview with Pod People.
André says that he took a break last year on replacement of vitamins and explains that the change in routine, such as leaving Globo, and the end of a romantic relationship made him go off track.
"I managed well during the ten years, I gained two kilos , but I came back. But it was also a life change, I left the company of 30 years and my routine changed a lot. You don't know who you're flirting with, when you're married, you don't know who you're flirting with anymore. And it took me about three, four months to understand that. So, I'm going to do the things I love most: travel, spend time with my dogs and cook", he said, who before the surgery weighed 162 kg.
The presenter emphasizes that bariatric surgery is a difficult decision that requires a lot of discipline. "If I could go back in time, I would do it again. But it's not easy. But I would love to have been able to lose weight without having my stomach operated on. I tried. (...) I never advocated surgery. It's just your fight. Do you want to do it? Seek help from a specialist."

After making his debut in the top 10 at the Austrian GP , Gabriel Bortoleto will start in 16th place at the British GP. The young driver admitted after qualifying that this has not been a good stage for Sauber.
Bortoleto talks about the Sauber stage: "It hasn't been the best weekend for us".
He continued: "I think I did a good job in qualifying, all the laps I did were good, but we were missing that little bit to get through to Q2 today ," the Brazilian told "Band".
BORTOLETO IS OVERCOME AND FINISHES IN 17TH
Gabriel Bortoleto had three attempts to advance to Q2, but the best of them put the Brazilian in provisional 11th place. With lap times dropping, he was overtaken and finished the race in 17th place. Thus, the Sauber driver will start in 16th because Haas' Oliver Bearman lost ten places on the grid for accelerating when entering the pits under a red flag.
"I think I did a decent lap, it's been a pretty tough weekend for the team in general. I've been trying to get everything I can out of the car, we saw that in practice 3 I ended up going off at Maggots and Becketts and ended up breaking the floor, I had to use an earlier version of the upgrade we had, it's not ideal ", assessed Bortoleto.
RACE SCHEDULE

According to the portal, Bruna was admitted to the medical unit around midnight, after her water broke. The influencer had to undergo an emergency cesarean section, which was performed successfully. Mel was born around 3 am and remains under observation with her parents in the maternity ward's presidential suite , in a private and peaceful environment.

The pregnancy, in turn, was announced by Bruna during the Christmas period , in the midst of family celebrations.
