Fortaleza should take to the field with important changes this Sunday (01), at 6:30 pm , at Maracanã, against Flamengo, for the 11th round of the Brazilian Championship. The team led by Juan Pablo Vojvoda already has confirmed absences and a doubt that can directly influence the starting lineup.
Fortaleza's likely line-up to face Flamengo is: João Ricardo; Brítez, Gustavo Mancha, Kuscevic and Bruno Pacheco; Martínez, Pochettino and Calebe; Pikachu, Breno Lopes and Lucero. If Rosseto is released, he could start in place of Calebe or Martínez.
Among the certain absences are Moisés, Bruninho and Lucas Sasha, who have been handed over to the Medical Department, in addition to Pedro Augusto, who is suspended after being sent off in the last round against Cruzeiro. In the midfield, Rosseto's presence is not yet guaranteed. The defensive midfielder feels pain in his left calf and will be re-evaluated moments before the match against Flamengo .
Despite the absences, Vojvoda should maintain the team's basic structure, with specific changes in the affected positions . The defense line is maintained, and the attacking sector continues with Pikachu, Breno Lopes and Lucero. The midfield could have a new configuration, if Rosseto is ruled out, opening space for tactical tests.
In addition to the already confirmed absences, three players are suspended with two yellow cards : Calebe, Gustavo Mancha and Martínez. Any new warning could leave the trio out of Leão do Pici's next match, against Santos, on June 12.
The coach was approached by the Turkish club, but chose to continue working for Mais Querido; the red-black board is trying to extend the contract until 2026.

Coach Filipe Luís turned down an offer from Fenerbahçe of Turkey to remain with the club he leads at Flamengo. According to a report by the UOL portal, the European club approached Flamengo's board and expressed formal interest in the coach . Despite admitting his desire to one day work in European football, Filipe Luís preferred not to open negotiations , understanding that his career in Brazil is still ongoing.
Fenerbahçe even signaled financial compensation to the Rio de Janeiro club , but as neither the coach nor the board were willing to end the current project, the talks did not progress.
The club's management has already submitted a contract renewal proposal to Filipe Luís , valid until the end of 2026 and renewable for another year, including a salary increase. The coach, who signed in 2024 with a salary lower than that of the country's elite coaches , has not yet pushed for a raise and has promised to submit a counterproposal.
Filipe Luís has always publicly stated his ambition to coach European clubs. However, he understands that he is undergoing a process of professional development and that remaining in Brazil helps in this development. Internally, this vision is seen as a positive factor in maintaining his position at least until next season.
In addition to Fenerbahçe, Germany's Bayer Leverkusen has also recently expressed interest in Filipe Luís. Even so, the board believes the coach won't leave Mengão at this time to pursue a project abroad, and is confident he'll stay until the end of his current term at Flamengo .

Flamengo continues to expand its high-performance structure . The club invested $1 million (approximately R$5.35 million) in new equipment for Ninho do Urubu , including two pieces of equipment that are the first of its kind in Latin America, manufactured by Keiser, a global leader in physical training solutions.
One of the highlights is the Keiser A300 Runner , designed to simulate the acceleration phase of running. Unlike traditional machines, which use iron weights, this model uses compressed air resistance , providing a smoother, jerk-free load, which reduces impact on joints during workouts.
Furthermore, the equipment allows for unilateral or bilateral training, helping to correct common muscular asymmetries in athletes. The integrated digital panel displays real-time data, such as applied load, power, and number of repetitions , allowing for more accurate analysis.
Another unique feature is the inertia-free technology, which prevents the weight from returning to the body at the end of the movement. This feature increases safety and reduces risks to muscles and joints, making the device useful for both explosive work and rehabilitation processes.
Flamengo coordinator on equipment: "These devices are the first in Latin America"
For Flamengo 's sports science coordinator, Cláudio Pavanelli, the investment places the club on a par with European football giants: "Some devices are specifically for athletes. They simulate the execution of a movement, a run, a sprint at high intensity. These devices are the first in Latin America. Only a few major European clubs have acquired this new technology ," he explained.
He continued: " The big difference is that you can analyze the application of force throughout the entire movement . At each joint level, you can identify exactly what is being performed, considering the applied overload and the speed of the movement." With the new investment, Flamengo reinforces its commitment to maintaining a level of physical excellence among its squad, combining performance and injury prevention.

With the FIFA International Day off over, Flamengo is finalizing the details for the resumption of the Brasileirão. And one of the team's key players, Arrascaeta, continues to rack up impressive numbers. Since 2019, the number 10 has been the player who needs the least amount of time on the pitch to score a goal in the national competition.
According to a survey by Sofascore , the Uruguayan averages a goal or assist every 99 minutes . In total, he played 151 Brasileirão matches during this period, with 109 direct goal contributions , a performance that puts him at the top of the list, ahead of big names like Gabigol, Pedro, and Luis Suárez.
Among the highlights, Luis Suárez also stands out, reaching second place on the list despite having played only 33 games in the Brasileirão , during his time at Grêmio, where he played for just one season, in 2023.
The number 10 is enjoying one of his best years for the red and black. So far, he has 17 goals and 13 assists, numbers that are close to his most productive season , in 2019, when he scored 18 times and provided 19 decisive passes.
With Arrascaeta available, Flamengo takes to the field next Sunday (14) against Juventude, for the 23rd round of the Brazilian Championship . The duel will be played at 4 pm (Brasília time), at Alfredo Jaconi Stadium, in Caxias do Sul.
