The fitness muse, Gracyanne Barbosa, had her earnings on the adult content platform FanFever seized by the courts, after breaching a contract at a food supplement store. The influencer was ordered to pay around R$785,000 to the company Musculação Feminina, including interest, monetary correction and fine.
The person who made the seizure decision was judge Mario Magano. The influencer was accused of breaching an agreement with the company that was hired to promote the products of the physical and virtual supplement store for 18 months.
According to the lawsuit, Gracyanne breached the exclusivity that was required in the contract, and advertised for competing companies. In one of these campaigns, she even used images from the photoshoot produced by Musculação Feminina.
According to the model, she fulfilled all contractual obligations in full, and did not commit "any infraction". Gracyanne also claims that the company itself is to blame for the breach of contract, which did not pay all the agreed amounts. She also claims in the action to be the main fitness figure in Latin America, and a “celebrity in the artistic world”.
However, Gracyanne's argument was not accepted by the courts and she was convicted in the first and second instance. . Because the judge had not paid the determined amount, he ordered that the adult content platform's remuneration be garnished.
