On Tuesday morning (22), the Judicial Duty of the Court of Justice of Rio issued a preventive arrest warrant against Oruam . The rapper was indicted for a series of crimes after, according to the Civil Police, preventing the apprehension of a minor wanted for trafficking and robbery on the night of last Monday (21).
Oruam reportedly sought refuge in the Penha Complex after the incident and posted a video on social media challenging the police: “Hey! I want to see you come here, man! Get me here inside the complex! You're not going to get me, you know why? You're farting! ”
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Ane Cristine Scheele Santos. Oruam will be charged with drug trafficking, association with drug trafficking, resistance, contempt, damage, threats, and bodily harm.
Civil Police Secretary Felipe Curi claims that Oruam and his friends attacked officers and thwarted the execution of a search and seizure warrant against the juvenile offender.
“ Oruam is a marginal, bandit, delinquent, criminal and associated with drug trafficking — a bandit of the worst kind,” declared Curi in an interview with Bom Dia Rio this Tuesday (22).
According to Curi, the Narcotics Repression Department (DRE) obtained information that in Oruam's house was a 17-year-old teenager, identified as Menor Piu, “ one of the biggest vehicle thieves in the state and security guard for drug trafficker Doca ”.
"There was a search and seizure warrant against Menor Piu for several crimes [similar acts, as he was a juvenile offender]," the secretary noted. "Since it was almost dawn, we obviously couldn't enter his residence. We stayed there waiting for movement. He left the house and, once on a public street, we approached him ," Curi explained.
At that moment, Oruam posted a plea on his stories: "Anyone with a motorcycle, come to Joá," he wrote. "Help me, they're here at my door." Tempers flared when Menor Piu was placed in an unmarked pickup truck.
" Oruam saw it from his balcony and started throwing rocks at the police officers ," Curi said. "They hit the police car and injured the officer accompanying Moysés [Santana, DRE chief]."
The MC went out into the street and started cursing at the police: “Civil Police Chief! You're an asshole! You son of a bitch! It's all recorded! You're a coward!” the MC shouted. In the commotion, Menor Piu managed to open the left rear door of the pickup truck and ran away.

Singer Milton Nascimento and record label Sony Music filed a lawsuit against Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, alleging the improper use of the song "Clube da Esquina nº 2".
