"I had several problems before. .. sadness, anxiety attacks, my physical, emotional part... today I am much healthier, happier and calmer. I feel much better about my appearance and my body. ", he detailed.
Daniel also said he had gained 13 kg since he started exercising and changed his diet: "I weighed 62 kg, no shoulders, no back, no definition at all, my face was thin, sad. And look now!", he highlighted.
