Influencer Vivi Noronha, wife of MC Poze do Rodo , is the target this Tuesday (3) of an operation by the Civil Police of RJ against money laundering by the leadership of Comando Vermelho (CV) . The scheme investigated was operated by drug trafficker Fhillip da Silva Gregório, known as Professor, who was killed on Sunday (1st)
The police claim that this operation moved R$250 million. Civil police officers from the Robbery and Theft Division (DRF) and the Drug Enforcement Division (DRE), as well as the General Department for Combating Corruption, Organized Crime and Money Laundering (DGCOR-LD), served search warrants at addresses in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. The court also issued orders to freeze and seize assets and funds from 35 bank accounts.
It is worth remembering that this investigation has no direct relation to the inquiry that led Poze to jail. The MC was arrested last Thursday (29) for condoning crime and involvement in drug trafficking. This Monday (2), the Court ordered his release.
Officers from the Robbery and Theft Division (DRF) and the Narcotics Repression Division (DRE) went to the condominium where the singer lives with Vivi , in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, in order to carry out a search warrant.
The Financial Activities Control Council (Coaf) identified deposits in Vivi's personal and business accounts from alleged frontmen for the Professor. According to Coaf, Vivi received almost R$1 million from people investigated as frontmen for the Professor. There were 2 transfers:
“She [Vivi] and her company are listed as direct beneficiaries of funds originating from the Comando Vermelho faction, received through intermediaries (“front men”) with the aim of hiding the illicit origin of the money,” the police stated.
“ Financial analyses indicate that amounts from drug trafficking and money laundering operations within the faction were channeled into bank accounts linked to the woman, who became one of the central focuses of the investigation,” he continued.
The club is accused of using "Clube da Esquina nº 2" without authorization in the advertisement for the number 9, in a video published on social media in January 2025

Singer Milton Nascimento and record label Sony Music filed a lawsuit against Cruzeiro Esporte Clube, alleging the improper use of the song "Clube da Esquina nº 2". The work, written by Milton, Lô Borges and Márcio Borges , was allegedly used without authorization in a video posted on the club's social media in January 2025, during the announcement of Gabigol's signing from Flamengo.
According to information published by the newspaper O Globo, the video was produced and released by Cruzeiro without the proper authorization of the artists involved in the song's creation . Sony Music , which represents the copyright of the work, is seeking compensation for material damages, while Milton Nascimento and the Borges brothers are seeking compensation for moral damages.
The court order stipulates a sum of R$50,000 for each of the songwriters involved . Despite the good relationship between the artist and the Minas Gerais club in the recent past, the lawsuit remains ongoing due to the dispute between the parties.
In 2022, after announcing his retirement from the stage at the age of 80, Milton Nascimento was honored by Cruzeiro at a concert held at the Mineirão stadium in Belo Horizonte. On the occasion, the singer received a personalized jersey from the team and a letter describing him as " Cruzeiro's international ambassador ."

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
