During the broadcast, Oruam was asked by followers about the situation of his father, who has been in prison for almost 30 years for leading the actions of the Comando Vermelho faction, and showed enthusiasm when talking about his possible release.

Márcio dos Santos Nepomuceno, better known as Marcinho VP, Oruam 's father, has been in prison since 1996 and is serving time for drug trafficking, homicides and criminal association. He was identified as one of the drug trafficking bosses in Complexo do Alemão, in Rio de Janeiro, where he is said to have ordered executions and coordinated violent actions linked to the criminal faction.
He is currently serving his sentence in a closed regime, in a maximum security federal prison, in Campo Grande (MS). The total sentence was 48 years, 6 months and 20 days. According to information from the newspaper O Globo, based on current legislation, Marcinho is scheduled to be released on October 29, 2026.
