Singer Wanessa Camargo revealed the real reason for her breakup with Dado Dolabella after participating in BBB 24. The artist said that she received the new diagnosis during routine examinations and that she began chemotherapy treatment immediately. She was admitted to Hospital Sírio-Libanês, in São Paulo.
