Preta Gil opened her heart during a chat on the Mil e Uma Tretas podcast, revealing that she lost two children of her ex-husband, screenwriter Rafael Dragaud. The singer said that one of the miscarriages occurred in the fifth month of pregnancy. “It took me a while to understand,” she said.
“He wasn’t born, but I remember him, I pray to him. For a long time, I denied this loss, until recently. It took a while for me to understand that I had to grieve the baby, do a ritual”, he added.
Preta also spoke about her reaction to finding out from the doctor that the baby was dead: “It was confusing, talking about to call the obstetrician, take me to the hospital. Until Rafael told me that the baby's heart had stopped.”
The artist highlighted that there was an incompatibility with Rafael, due to a chromosomal malformation, which prevented her from carrying the pregnancy to term. Gilberto Gil's daughter regretted the incident and stated that she felt ashamed, as there was social pressure for them to have heirs. “My pain was terrible, but his pain was worse, because he was the first child,” she stressed. Preta Gil is the mother of Francisco, 29 years old, the result of her relationship with actor Otávio Muller.
In addition to having to learn to deal with grief and the impossibility of gestating Rafael's embryo, the Bahian woman highlighted that the trauma impacted and contributed to the end of their marriage, which lasted eight years.
For those who don't know, Rafael Dragaud was Preta Gil's second husband. In 2013, she commented on their relationship to TPM magazine. “Rafael was a husband who didn’t warn me, didn’t tell me that I was fat. He just said: ‘You’re beautiful, I love you like that’. This is the best finish of Fonseca 's career, and he continues to break records. He became the 12th Brazilian in history to enter the top 50 since the beginning of the Open Era in 1968. Now, he also debuts among the ten highest-ranked Brazilian tennis players of all time, occupying 10th place , surpassing Cássio Motta, who was 48th in the world in 1986.

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. Thus, this Wednesday (23), the rapper's fiancée, Fernanda Valença, spoke on her Instagram about the reaction of her father-in-law, Marcinho VP. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
Oruam's bride talks about Marcinho VP's opinion: "Contrary to what many people think, my father-in-law is not happy about any of this news."
She continued: "He and my mother-in-law fought tirelessly throughout their lives for their children to change the family's destiny. However, this never stopped the constant psychological torments they faced over time ," she wrote in an excerpt.
