On Tuesday (8), two days after being transferred in an air ICU from Rio de Janeiro to the Sírio-Libanês Hospital in São Paulo, Preta Gil had her health status updated. According to the singer's press office, she is well and following her medical treatment.
According to what the artist's team spoke to Gshow, she was taken to the capital of São Paulo to continue treating a urinary tract infection and to be closely monitored by doctor Roberto Kalil Filho, who is already monitoring the cancer that the patient is fighting.
When Preta Gil appeared in the ICU, speculation began that she was already on her way to the United States, where she will begin experimental cancer treatment. However, Flora Gil, the celebrity's stepmother, told the Alô Alô Bahia website that there is still no scheduled date for the trip.
"There are no plans for Preta to go to the United States, this will be decided at another time," highlighted the businesswoman.

Oruam turned himself in to the police last Tuesday (22) after having an arrest warrant issued by the Court. The influencer highlighted that the singer's father "is not happy" with the indictment.
