The Anti-Kidnapping Police Station (DAS) confirmed that the Civil Police are investigating the disappearance of Marcelinho Carioca, former Corinthians player and idol. The incident occurred after his participation in an event held last Sunday (17) at Neo Química Arena.
Last Sunday night, at approximately 11:30 pm, the Military Police received a call via 190 after the discovery of a suspicious vehicle in the Monte Belo neighborhood, in Itaquaquecetuba, in the Metropolitan region of São Paulo, located about 25 km from Itaquera.
When checking the license plate, the police found that the car was registered in the name of an associated company to Marcelinho Carioca. On Monday morning (18), two people were arrested in the 50th Police District, in Itaim Paulista, suspected of involvement with the case.
Marcelinho Carioca had a spell at Flamengo during two distinct phases in your career. The first of these occurred between 1995 and 1997, while the second was in 2001.

The artist, who was betrayed by the influencer shortly after the release of the song, responded to a fan's comment about "making music for others".
"That Chico will never be forgotten", said an internet user in the page's comments by the artist, who also received the nomination for Best Contemporary Pop Album in the Portuguese Language with Escândalo Íntimo. "Mercy. I love Luísa, but don't make music for any man anymore, no. They don't deserve you", wrote another.
