Daniel Cabral suffered a serious knee injury and needed surgery. The athlete got confused in October 2022 and, since then, he has been undergoing treatment at Ninho do Urubu. However, after undergoing a large part of physiotherapy, the player recovered from the physical problem and has already started training with Flamengo professionals.

According to information from the "Coluna do Fla" portal, the player started training with the rest of the cast since the beginning of May, at Ninho do Urubu. The midfielder is getting closer and closer to returning to the pitch, and the expectation is that he will be available to Flamengo in June.

It is important to highlight that Daniel Cabral has already reached the maximum age allowed in Flamengo's Under-20s, as he is 21. Therefore, the player, who has a contract with Rubro-Negro until December 2025, needs to win a place in the Mais Querido main team, led by Tite.
