After the 1-1 draw with Internacional, Flamengo now shifts focus to the World Cup final do Brasil against Atlético-MG. With the first game of the decision scheduled for Sunday (03), Filipe Luís begins preparations with six doubts in the lineup due to absences.

The only certainty in midfield is the presence of Arrascaeta. With Pulgar and De La Cruz out, there are varied options for the midfielder duo: Evertton and Alcaraz (most likely option), Evertton and Léo Ortiz, Allan and Alcaraz, Allan and Léo Ortiz, among other combinations.
In attack, Michael is the favorite to replace the suspended Bruno Henrique on the left wing, but < b>Plata can also take over the position. Gabigol is the main name for the center forward position, although Filipe Luís could consider Plata for this role.
Preparation for the Final
The Flamengocast trains this Thursday afternoon (31 ) and on Friday (01) and Saturday (02) mornings. The first match of the Copa do Brasil final against Atlético-MG takes place on Sunday (03), at 4pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã, and the return game will be on the 10th, at Arena MRV.

Mirassol will make just one change to the starting lineup to face Flamengo this Saturday (09), at 6:30 pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã, for the 19th round of the Brazilian Championship. Leão defends a three-month unbeaten run in the match, while Mengão seeks to remain in the lead.
After serving a suspension in the victory over Vasco, left-back Reinaldo returns to the team, taking Felipe Jonatan's place . Leão's top scorer in the Brasileirão, the number 6 has seven goals in the competition and is the team's official penalty taker.
Mirassol's likely lineup is : Walter; Lucas Ramon, João Victor, Jemmes and Reinaldo; Neto Moura, Danielzinho and Gabriel; Negueba, Edson Carioca and Chico da Costa.
The main absence will be coach Rafael Guanaes , suspended for a third yellow card . Without the manager, assistant Ivan Baitello will be on the sidelines for the club's debut at Maracanã. Guanaes' team hasn't been defeated since May 5th, when they lost to Red Bull Bragantino.
In the medical department, defender Da Silva is out, although he didn't play for the team in 2024—his last appearance was for the B team last season. On the other hand, defender Luiz Otávio, a regular starter in 2024, left the medical department but hasn't yet played this year due to successive injuries.
Leão is in 5th place in the Brasileirão, with 28 points, and is looking to score points to remain in the G6. If they beat Flamengo this Saturday and Bahia stumbles against Fluminense, Mirassol will finish the round in the G4 , those who qualify directly for the group stage of the Libertadores.

Flamengo ended, this Friday (8), at Ninho do Urubu, the preparation for the duel against Mirassol , scheduled for this Saturday, at 6:30 pm (Brasília time), at Maracanã. The match is valid for the last round of the first round of the Brazilian Championship .

Eliminated from the Copa do Brasil last Wednesday (6), after losing on penalties to Atlético-MG in Belo Horizonte, Flamengo was once again the target of criticism. Among them, that of former coach Joel Santana, who questioned Filipe Luís's decisions in command of the team.
